The property was very nice and appeared exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Perfect location for the needs we had for this trip. Loved the view of the inlet.

We have had other rentals in the same complex, and this was the best we’ve ever had. It was a pleasure to have our breakfast out on the balcony watching the activity on the intercoastal. The unit was clean, well stocked with useful extras, including towels, and beach chairs, which are not normally provided. We would definitely recommend this property.

Bouchelle Island Condo

It’s absolutely beautiful to stay there. The walk on the boardwalk is amazing. It’s nice to watch the dolphins and boats on the intracoastal waterways. The rooms were clean and it had everything you need for comfort. I will go back. Thank you and it was a pleasure.

Our family ’s New Smyrna

We love everything about this property! It was perfect for our families needs! Clean, up to date had everything we needed. It was so close to our extended families condo which made it so nice. Close to the restaurants we frequent when we visit New Smyrna like the Garlic, Norwood's Treehouse, Third Wave. Close to the Publix, Liquor store and general shops! We definitely will rent this property again if it’s available.

Will be returning!

This condo was better than expected. The location was perfect, the home was extremely clean and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped place in a great area! 10/10
