* Bed linens and bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies.

House Rules:
*No Smoking. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a fee for a deodorization treatment.

*Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are unfortunately not typically available due to our cleaners' schedule. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please no parking on the property before check in time or after check out time so our cleaning team can easily park.

* Easy check-in with a digital code unique to you.

* Parking available for 2 cars in the mulch driveway only.

*Visitors must be approved by host.

*Please be honoring of our neighbors by keeping the noise volume low and by not walking through neighbors yards.

*Do not burn incense or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove during a quick turnover and the next guests may have sensitivities to smells.
