Come relax in Pensacola! This three bed, two bath home includes a washer/dryer and full kitchen for your ease and enjoyment! Enjoy warm Florida days by the pool and the outdoor oasis. Central location, only 15 minutes to the beach! Pets are welcome <3 Camera outside by pool is used only for emergencies and is not accessible by host.

Nice Home

House was very clean. Beds were real comfy. All appliances worked and were real clean clean. Only complaint was shortage of wash clothes and kitchen supplies. We bought some plates because there were only 3 small and 3 large. Not enough for even 2 meals. Couches were also very uncomfortable . Backs were very low and hard on neck

Family business

Ideal location, close to airport, medical, Mall's, and Great Eatery. Lots of must try places. The Blue Angels are close and museum breath taking. Few issues, door lock at first have issues, owner, had fixed with in an hour. Not sure where the Biden toilet paper rolls came from.very small due to inflation. Towels were washed and warm when we arrived. Exclusive backyard with lots of area for our fur baby. Cold weather while we were at the house so we didn't use the nice pool in back. The heater keeps the house at a toasty 68 Thank you for opening up your beautiful home.

Great Location

The house was easy to find and located within 10 miles of everything we came to do. The backyard was completely fenced so perfect for the dogs to run and play. Exactly what we needed for our trip.

Wonderful Dog Friendly Spacious Home

We had a great stay, it felt very clean and spacious. You could relax outback and the fireplace was very cozy!

Great location

Great location and communication was good with the host. The cleaning crew left plenty of grit and dirt on the floor and no toilet paper stocked. Sheets and blankets were still wet in the dryer so we were late getting to bed night one waiting for them to dry. Beds not made up. Kitchen was minimally stocked for about 3 people per meal in silverware etc.

Great for large groups

The host was wonderful, very accommodating and had great communication. Our stay in Pensacola was to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UWF. The house was perfect for approx 20 guests to mingle and visit with her after the ceremony. Very spacious and nice outdoor area. I thank you for making our weekend special.

Very comfortable

The house was easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Property manager replied in timely manner. The kitchen was nice and big. Could have used more seating ( 2 chairs were broken when we arrived. So only had 2 for the table.) had to skim the pool but only because of oak tree above it, so not a big deal for me. Other than that this is a cozy house to stay in.

Property location and details accurate. Could have used more kitchen tools. Beds were comfortable but black out shades would have been nice to avoid early morning sunlight..

Central location

Home is located in a good area, near lots of businesses and the airport. Be mindful, it’s off a busy street and sometimes car speed through. Host provided code ahead of time. Parking available. The home itself wasn’t clean, when arrived there was trash left behind in the kitchen and outside from a previous event. No towels in room or bathrooms. Was able to find some in the laundry room. No hand soap or body wash/shampoo provided in one of the two bathrooms. The sheets had hair and the bathrooms mats had animal hair. No hangers in the closet for clothes to be hung and the drawers have random items, such as hair clips hair ties, and markers. Unfortunately, there was dog poop littered on the lawn and the pool was dirty and covered in leaves. Wasn’t cleaned, covered or drain if it was not in use. Home could use a deep cleaning.

Pleasant

House was very clean. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Neighborhood was very safe. Location was excellent. Yard was freshly mowed. Everything worked as it should.

Disappointing stay

We were so excited to book this property, specifically for the pool. I reached out to the host to ask about pool maintenance and was assured that the pool would be clean and ready for our guests. The pool was extremely dirty, filled with sand and incapable of being properly cleaned in such short notice. I contacted the host who told me she would see if her pool company could come out but never heard back about that offer. In addition to the pool, the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were very dirty, there was a lot of old food in the refrigerator (including recent guest restaurant leftovers) and a lot of trash. I wanted to love this home so much but was ultimately very disappointed.

Don’t stay here

The house was clean but reading reviews online , there seems to be on ongoing problems with no towels,no toilet paper, no coffee or any other amenities that you would find at least a hotel. The pool was dirty so you could not use it . This also seems to be an on going problem It appears the owner needs to change the name from “Pool Paradise to pool not usable . The master bathroom , what water was reversed. Could not find the switch to turn off patio lights . would not recommend this to anybody.

Pool

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. My only complaint is there was no toilet paper, paper towels, towels or washcloths. The pool was a little dirty but there is a huge tree that is over the top of the pool so I’d say that’s why.

The stay was nice and so was the pool.is a pool skimmer incase leaves fall from the tree. the house was perfect for our needs and close to everything we wanted. nice quiet neighborhood, We felt safe and comfortable.

Wonderful!

This is a gorgeous home, extremely clean, spacious, and just beautifully decorated. It was also very comfortable and relaxing. Bring some extra towels and toilet paper perhaps, and your own coffeemaker if you are not a Keurig person :) These were the only extremely minor inconveniences, easily resolved with lots of nearby coffee shops and grocery stores, and a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent pods. The pool was perfect and provided the quiet, peaceful, relaxation we were looking for. Obviously cleaned and serviced regularly, we met the pool guy! Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach, and a great mall right down the street. Restaurants everywhere. Great backyard and dog friendly as well. Owner is super friendly, responsive, helpful, and kind. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A nice space with room for improvement

Located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. This house was clean, kitchen is beautiful, light, & airy w/ lots of counter space. Appliances in good working condition. That said… We entered to an overwhelming smell of a strong strange fragrance. What is that? Missing: Paper towels Tissues. Just an empty container. Hairdryer Towels, Washcloths, a mat in master bath Found a mound of towels on the dryer. We washed - not knowing if clean, dirty, or how long they had been dumped there. Amend amenities list. There is a Keurig, no pods. We would have brought our pods. Need a hook in each bathroom for clothes, etc. Whose food is in the fridge & freezer? It’s weird & disconcerting w/out notice about leaving food. Toss? Leave? We left it. One closet is available- but no hangers. Shoes are under the king bed? In spite of these bumps, the house is very clean. Pool not so much….. family chose not to get in. Water was clear but a lot of black, algae..? on the bottom & sides. Rereading recent reviews, the issue has not been corrected.

Very clean but not well stocked

House was super cute and clean. My only complaint is there was no towels in bathrooms and we ran out of toilet paper in master and none that we could find. Refrigerator had left over food in it.
