This is a rustic, old charm beach home with original heart pine flooring and walls. The living area boasts an open floor plan with common living room and dining area. Dining room with large family table will seat 8 comfortably. Kitchen is spacious with portable dishwasher and eat in kitchen table (seats 4). Screened porch is spacious with outdoor seating and eating. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the main floor and another 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the lower level. Entry to the downstairs bedrooms is outside through a stairway located in the screened porch. Charcoal grill, WiFi, original wood flooring throughout. Linens are included. No Smoking and No Pets. Please do not park on Ion. The cement pad on Ion Street is a sidewalk, the police will ticket if you park on Ion. Enter this home from Middle Street, there is plenty of parking here and you can enter through the upper screen porch door (off Middle Street).
