The condo at Breakers West was perfect for my two adult daughters and myself for a Girls Trip for shelling and connecting on Sanibel Island. The owners renovations were excellent, new cabinetry and appliances, plus all you could possibly need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The first floor location and screened porch were easy access, and it is "steps" from the pool. West Gulf Drive has been my desired location for nearly 20 years vacationing on The Island. Betsy was extremely quick to respond to me with a couple of inquiries. The walk to the wide beach was easy. This condo is perfect for two to four adults. Clean, convenient, nicely furnished, attractive, and gave us the perfect six days for peace, sun and surf!

Gorgeous unit with everything you could possibly need. We stayed 4 nights with our kids (12, 12, 16) for 4th of July and everyone loved it. We would 100% stay here next time if it’s available. We saw dolphins, stingrays, fish, sand dollars, and a starfish at the beach. The sunsets were to die for!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and well decorated. Loved the extra amenities - beach chairs, sand buckets and pool toys. The location was perfect - walked right out the patio door to the pool and then down the path to beach.

Very comfortable, incredibly well appointed, this unit was just perfect for our getaway. So close to the Gulf with gorgeous white sand, plentiful shelling. We had towels and chairs and everything we needed to cook at home. I especially appreciated the quality linens and clean and new bathrooms. Zero complaints about BWA1!!

This was an outstanding condo. Lived up to its description and was immaculately clean. Well stocked with dishes, glasses etc. Also well supplied with beach chairs and noodles. It was just a quick walk down a path to the Gulf and the pool was literally just outside of the screened in patio. Would most definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and responsive hosts. The condo had inadvertently not been cleaned before our arrival but the host immediately took care of the situation and refunded a portion of the cost. The housekeeping team arrived quickly and thoroughly cleaned the entire unit. I went to go shelling and this was an excellent location. I highly recommend it especially if you need a 2 bedroom unit.

Good location

Great Spot

This was really nice place to stay for our family of 5, including 3 children. Everything has just been redone and we enjoyed our stay. Note that this unit overlooks the road, as accurately listed in online description. It is a very short, nice walk to the beach. Would recommend.

We will be back

This property is perfect for a shelling vacation. The proximity to the beach was great, the condo was awesome, decorated nicely, furniture is beautiful, foot washing station was very handy, kitchen had everything we needed. The shells on the beach at this property were INCREDIBLE. We are already planning our next trip.

Absolutely perfect

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful condo. We loved that the unit had lots of extras. We were there during the tropical storm and the owners had amazing communication, making sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back.

The owners were very accommodating to us; we wanted to check-in a little early (1:00) and they were OK with that! Getting out to the beach was SO EASY and so close-by! The unit was really nice, although the front door tended to jam and there were only 3 teaspoons! The unit was super clean and our party of 5 fit beautifully with the fold-out sofa. I wish our unit hadn’t been the closest to the street but, after nightfall, there was hardly any traffic. It would have been nice to have another parking place but we made it with just one car for all of us. We would stay here again, although I would prefer an upper unit next time!
