The house was clean and well appointed and in a great location. It was walking distance to pretty much anything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was immaculate! It was spacious, homey, safe, and central to everything! The hosts were courteous, accommodating, and helpful. Check in was a breeze!We had a parking spot, but tbh, you don't need one as you can walk to almost everything nearby.We ( as in my wife and 1 year old). Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again if we return!!

Apartment was great. We were in town for the World Cup so everything was super busy. Good location. Very secure. Need to pay attention to doors locking behind you. Would def stay again. Thanks!

Small thing. The garage door button only needs to be pressed to open it. It closes automatically. I kept pressing the key to close it and that opened it back up. :-D

Spacious, classy space to stay in the city with wonderfully convenient access to nearly everything we needed to have a fun visit. Great communication with the host as well.

The condo was lovely with nice big windows and balcony. Kitchen well stocked and easy to use. Bathroom roomy with wonderful shower. Furnishings very nice. Comfortable beds. We parked the car in the garage and left it there until we were ready to leave. We walked to all the sights we wanted to see fromPikes Market to Space Needle, Pacific Science center, Chihuli Glass works, aquarium, harbor tours. Safe feeling neighborhood. High quality towels. One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in.

The condo was exactly as pictured and in the perfect spot to walk everywhere!!! It was spotless and well equipped!! Highly recommend!!!

Well equipped apartment for our family trip. Very clean and as described. Great walking distance to all of the attractions and good cafe/restaurants. Only downside was the city noise and trash pickups before 6am but that’s city life for you! Nothing against the apartment.

We will definitely come back to stay in February! Very clean and spacious! Right downtown within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and shopping! The pool is very nice. Our host Ashley & Mike were wonderful. Easy check in and out! Free garage parking space! Everything was great! Thank you Ashley & Mike for sharing your condo! See you next year!

Delightful apartment

The communication with the host, cleanliness and safety of the complex, and the central location made this listing one we would stay at time and time again. We were within walking distance to Pike’s place, restaurants, the space needle, MoPOP and high end retail stores. The nightly road noise from the street below was the only drawback, but would not prevent us from staying at this listing again.

It is in a good location. The furthest walk was to the port area and that way like 1.5 tops, right around the corner local grocery store, right next store a amazing Italian restaurant that you cut through the building to go to. Which was very nice, when you have had a long day and want just get take out and not have to go out and walk to get dinner. Just can't say enough about how great the place was and the HOST was terrerfic.From locals I did hear that the area had been cleaned up (homeless) due to the Soccer tournament. My suggestion, is before you get in a cab ask what they are going to charge you. We got taken advantage a few times, by the regular standard line cabs drivers. 25 to go 1.2 miles. Also, double check on both Uber and Lfyt - airport taxi better deal but we got a better deal on uber going back the 1.2 miles then a taxi. These comments have no impact on this location, or host as it was GREAT PLACE TO STAY. HOST is wonderful and great communication. The place is lovely. What I liked is they actually didn't make you do things when you leave. So many of these the host ask you take out garbage, strip beds, etc. This place did not which was great.

Excelo location and amazing communication!

My husband, myself, my son and a friend of his wanted to stay a few extra days before catching a cruise out of Seattle to Alaska. We searched many hotels and the rates were outrageous. I found this property and it almost seemed too good to be true. Well, it was even better!!!! The communication between the owners was outstanding! We were even met by one of them and shown around when we got there. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Pike Market and the Space needle are are in walking distance. The cruise port is a short (but all down hill) 5 min walk. We literally left the condo, and were on the ship enjoying a cocktail within 30 minutes!I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Seattle area, especially if you are planning on cruising! If we ever come back to Seattle, we will definitely stay here!

We needed a place temporarily near the hospital because my wife just had transplant surgery. Unfortunately we didn’t know she would be discharged early and a new transplant team was assigned to her. The host would not even consider giving us a partial refund, even when VRBO thought they would. We lost so much money on this stay. We should of got insurance, but it was so expensive as it was.The apartment itself is not luxury. The bathroom had a horrible moldy and urine smell, the bedroom off of the living room the doors would not close! The rug itself was curled and the closet was jammed packed with mattresses and really was unusable. The living room TV doesn’t work properly. It froze all the time and was so frustrating. For what is listed it was so disappointing we paid so much for an old apartment.
