Fabulous residence, well appointed, breathtaking views, and very relaxing. Only 5 minutes away from the hub of Cruz Bay businesses and restaurants. James Miller is a gracious and accommodating host. This is one of our best VRBO picks, ever!

The host was very welcoming and gave us a lot of great info. when we checked in. We loved the set up of the villa and the beautiful view and grounds. Truly relaxing and just a quick drive into town for restaurants and shopping. Such a special place that provied many great memories. Loved walking the neighborhood and chilling in the a/c living room.

We had a terrific time, the villa was clean and well equipped, the pool was fantastic and the views were beautiful. James was great to deal with and provided his contact should we have any issues ( which we did not) The location is great, no problem with getting taxis and an easy walk to the Westin, but still very private. We will definitely be back.

This rental came with all amenities including hair dryer, several curling irons, facial wipes, paper goods, soaps, etc! Exceptional views all around the house! Pool was awesome! Set up for 2 couples with a pull out couch off of one of the master suites. One master suite had indoor and outdoor shower. The main suite only had an outdoor shower which had a covered ceiling and stone privacy walls! We loved it!!! Nice location close to Cruz bay!! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was quiet, close to town, beautiful and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Great location, beautiful setting, very private and lots of space. So many things we loved. Many we did not. Oven did not work, ice maker did not work. Did have lots of little details most do not. Pool fills daily with leaves. Lots of work to use for a short time. We had to clean it twice daily. Large trees filled with large birds crapping all over the deck and seating areas. Lots! Lots of bugs that needed to be cleaned daily. Quick contact with mgr but he would never show. Blew us off several days. Never showed up. Doors did not lock but we felt safe. Overall we liked our time.

great location; beautiful view; great pool and outdoor area. it really is not a 3 bedroom, the "3rd bedroom" was more of an office with a pull out couch. Our daughter was not happy but we made the best of it. Not a lot of privacy since the second bedroom entrance you walked through the "3rd bedroom" unless you walked outside.Otherwise was great! Thoroughly enjoyed St John.

Overall it was a wonderful. The one questionable thing is the listing as a three bedroom whereas it was a small room one had to go through to get to the other large bedroom and had a futon for sleeping.

Several pros and cons. I've rented from VRBO for over 25 years, so I know what to look for and expect. Location is great but I would describe this property as a renovation in progress. Overall, the place looked tired and in need of updating. Some nice updates incl AC throughout the entire living area and bedrooms (fantastic) plus a Sonos sound system throughout the property. The interior was nicley appointed and the kitchen well stocked. The metal railings around the property were rusted out. The pool was ok but trees by the deck dropped leaves constantly. I had to skim the pool at least twice a day. The tile edging around the pool was about 8 inches high and sloped away so you would have to pull yourself up in the deep end to see the view of Cruz Bay. There is also a very large utility pole directly in your view from the pool and deck as well. Our first morning, the gas stove wouldn't light, the stand alone ice machine was broken and the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. We bought a bag of ice so that wasn't a problem. James, the property manager came by later that day and fixed the stove (there was air in the line). The biggest issue was bugs in the 2nd bedroom. They finally had a pest control company come spray 4 days into our stay. James did his best to address these issues and I appreciate his efforts. This could be a really nice property when updates are completed but for now, we were disappointed. The potential 3rd bdrm is tiny and wasted space.

Fabulous trip to STJ

Our family of four (2 adults & 2 kids 7 & 9) had a fabulous stay at St. Somewhere for 10 days. We loved the complete open air experience, pool and kitchen. The bedrooms & master bath were even better than expected vs. the listing photos. We appreciated the beach chairs, outdoor grill, paddle board & all the extras for our first (but not last!!) trip to STJ!

Just Perfect

JP was great. The property was amazing and we had an extended stay. It's the perfect place to be away, yet be close enough to town to jump in the car and be right there. I have stayed many places and met many people, but you know when you know its just beautiful. Property was very clean and private. We will be back, thank you for having us as your guests. Simply Fantastic

Not often does a VRBO exceed expectations. Typically, VRBO pictures are better than in person, but this villa was an exception. James was a pleasure to work with and the house was fantastic. The space was open and clean. The view was beautiful. The pool was spectacular. The kitchen was very well appointed. We even had a cooler and beach chairs to use! Thank you for your hospitality! Our week was wonderful!
