PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony West will be conducting an exterior maintenance improvement project. Here is what to expect:

• Timeline: August 2026 through December 2026, schedule and weather permitting.

• Nature of work: Re-coating and sealing exterior windows. Workers can periodically be seen from windows. Balconies will be sealed and re-coated later in the project timeline, though no schedule in place at this time.

• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.

• Balconies will be sealed and re-coated, requiring closure for up to one week. Balcony furniture will be moved inside the unit. Schedule TBD.

• Please anticipate grinding noise on concrete on the balconies during this project from 9/21/2026 - 10/2/2026. At this time, we are uncertain if this will be needed after this time, but be ready for the possibility when considering your vacation plans.
