Right by the water in Ocean View lies a delightful three-bedroom holiday house, providing a warm and welcoming haven for your upcoming trip. You'll be perfectly positioned to explore the best of the area.
As a traveler, you'll appreciate the thoughtful amenities that make your stay truly comfortable, including free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the dishes and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.
When it's time to unwind, you can relax on the porch or enjoy the outdoor furniture, taking in the peaceful surroundings. And if you need to freshen up, the bathroom is stocked with towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer, while the iron and board are there for your convenience.
With air conditioning, heating, and linens provided, you'll be able to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. And with parking available, you can easily come and go as you please, exploring the nearby attractions and making the most of your vacation.
Unit A is a house at the front of the property. Unit B is a separate studio at the back of the property.
Parking is at the back of the property. No parking in the driveway.
Video doorbell on front door records entry way as required by the city. Noise decibel meter inside unit records noise levels as required by the city.
Unit can be rented longer than a month at a time with enough notice, please let us know if that is your desire.

Quiet neighborhood just steps away from the ocean. With such close and easy access to the beach and parks, we love the options for endless fun. The Saturday Farmers Market is great to go too, along with the many restaurants and breweries in close proximity. It’s a wonderful home to relax in.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The large space and room to relax in makes it very unique. With being so close to the ocean, it takes about three minutes walking before your feet are in the sand. We love that and hope that you will too.
