Amy, it was a pleasure to host you and your family. The balcony door glass insert was accidental damage from the previous guest. The glass is hurricane impact glass and was not a safety hazard,we are happy to let everyone know it has been replaced. I assume you mean the complex needs some paint, I did not notice any areas in the condo needing any touch up paint. I am glad you had a comfortable stay, it our pleasure to host you. After inspecting the condo I am happy to represent our vacation home for guests to enjoy. Thank You
