Attention to detail: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender. New infrared gas grill. Private WiFi throughout the house. State of the art 3D capable 55' flat screen TV with Blue Ray, Netflix, and Hulu!

Beds for 7 adults, plus more spaces for kids. The extra large parking lot offers plenty of room to play in the yard. In this beachfront neighborhood of permit parking, there is room on the property to park 6 cars.

Have dinner on the deck, settle in with a book on a lounge chair, stroll to the beach, walk to the coffee shop, or soak in the custom, extra deep hot tub. Chairs, balls, and toys for the yard and beach, board games for indoors. There’s plenty to do, yet lots of ways to just relax.
