This was the perfect location and it was one of the most well stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Our kids enjoyed the close walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz. This place is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. The home was very comfortable for us and our 3 teens - with plenty of space to spread out. Be aware the streets are very narrow in this area, there is adequate room for parking with a little skill - granted we did have a minivan which can be challenging to park in small spaces. We enjoyed using the side patio and grill for a family meal together. Overall great location, great place!

Great beach getaway

This place is an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and wharf. With two kids, this place made for an excellent long weekend.

Susan was amazing start to finish. So welcoming and gracious. Her place is conveniently situated in a walkable spot in Santa Cruz. Parks, beach, Boardwalk all so close.

Great Location for Boardwalk and Beaches!

Perfect location for going to the boardwalk or any nearby beaches. House is very clean and comfortable, with all the modern amenities.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect, quiet yet still walkable to the boardwalk, downtown, and cute neighborhood walks. The kitchen was well equipped-my family and I are big cooks and we were able to enjoy many home cooked meals. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough to accommodate 5 adults easily. Thank you so much for hosting my family!

Brief visit

We had a nice weekend at the house. It was well stocked, cutely decorated, and as described in the posting. The location was great with the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants within walking distance.

Super great Santa Cruz spot! Loved the details for the kids (oven knob safety closures) and great bunk bed room for the kids. Easy to walk to the boardwalk and ocean view park which is awesome. Super clean and well stocked
