Sit back, Relax and enjoy a cool glass of ice tea from the front porch swing of this Sweet 1890's American foursquare home. Nestled on Prescott's finest historical street and recently remodeled with comfort, and function in mind.... This is quite possibly your best vacation yet! The home has 4 spacious bedrooms & 2 baths. Featuring a newly renovated kitchen that is equipped with everything you will need to create delicious meals throughout your stay. Embrace this charming historical street that is truly reminiscent of a scene straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Stroll down a couple blocks to enjoy all the local dining, shopping and nightly entertainment. The Courthouse lawn offers a wonderful line up of musicians and functions throughout the year. Fantastic yoga studios, and hiking are also within walking distance. There is a lovely park and skate park with tennis courts located just a block away.

Beautiful historic home with many modern conveniences to accommodate our large family. Lovely detailed decor! Convenient location to shopping, walk to The Square and drive to the lakes. The kitchen was perfect for our dine in preparations. A great front/back yard, bbq/games out back and the porch in front a treat on a rainy day! Our host Crystal was a pleasure to work with. A wonderful summer family vacation, thank you!

The host was easily available and responded quickly to our questions. This is a historical home that is over 100 years old and yet appliances, bath and kitchen are all updated. Originally hardwood flooring was beautiful. The decor was high quality and cozy feeling. The porch swing was inviting, the outdoor games were so fun, indoor games, books, Netflix and excellent. We will return

This house is so well decorated and has everything you need. The backyard and gazebo was a plus as well. Close to downtown, very fun place to stay!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in this beautiful historic home. Sitting on the front porch, feeling cool breezes, and enjoying the lovely flowers, plants and trees. Close to downtown and restaurants. Comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Great kitchen.

We loved every minute staying in the house..it has been redone so well and has such charm. Had every ammenity and more. I am already in talks with the host for booking another trip next year!

Extraordinary Place to Stay in Prescott

Absolutely loved this home! It was a perfect place for our family to stay while in town for our son's college graduation. Decor is beautiful, property is clean, great location, big enough for four couples and a couple of babies to move around and to have privacy. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Peaceful retreat but close to the action

This charming old home was perfect for a great getaway in Prescott. The home was in a peaceful neighborhood where we enjoyed sitting in the backyard for a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. We also walked downtown to restaurants and shops. It couldn’t have been better.

Girls trip

We spent a girls trip at this lovely property. It was perfect and fit our needs very well. Beds were comfortable, and home was very clean. The host Crystal was very responsive and so easy to work with. Highly recommended this property.

Best place to stay in town

Every time we come to Prescott, we stay at this beautiful home. The house is decorated to the nines with beautiful finishing touches. We came up for a family vacation and love staying at Crystals place. It is within walking distance to whiskey, Row and all the restaurants. Crystal is easy to work with and is very responsive.

Literally the best VRBO I’ve experienced

When you walk in the front door, it feels like you are home. The host has thought of everything, down to bath products, robes in all of the closets, and fun board games. Easy walk to downtown
