Discover brand new luxury vacationing in this exquisite 4 BR 3.5BA townhome w/a garage just a short walk from the ocean & beach. Enjoy the community pool, take a leisurely stroll to the beach, or rent a bike from a block away. Fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan, comfy spaces to relax, and patios on every floor. Beyond beaching or lying poolside there are so many places within walking distance like Ponzetti's Pizza, Fisher's Popcorn, Thunder Lagoon Water Park, Mini Golf and More!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great stay!

Great place, great location. Super clean and new. Pool was so great after a day on the beach. Close to the beach and attractions in Maryland and Delaware. Would definitely recommend and go again.

The whole place was beautiful and very clean. Checking in was super easy. Every room had extra blankets and pillows which was awesome. The kitchen had every accessory needed and more, it was great

What a gem!

I can't say enough great things about this property. It was clean and perfect for my friend who wanted to do a little trip to Ocean City. It was in a great location, was super clean and had tons of space.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental in Ocean City, Maryland. The location was perfect—peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle, yet still convenient to everything we wanted to do. The home is new construction, very clean, and well-maintained. The rules were clear and reasonable, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The pool was a fantastic bonus and a great way to relax after a day out. Highly recommend!

Great time had by all

I had a chance to bring my daughter and her friends to OC for the stay. The house was perfect. The pool was awesome. Jodi was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. There was more than enough space and it was wonderful y stocked.
