They’ve lovingly put every detail into making this home the perfect retreat for families or friends at the beautiful Moody Beach in Wells, Maine. Upon arriving at the home, you'll step into the wonderful garage and ground floor level! This area exhibits a delightful under-the-sea adventure for the kiddos, featuring a wave wall and fun hands on activities. It's spacious enough for family movie nights or playing board games. Off this bonus room, you'll find the first of four cozy bedrooms which includes two twin beds, a closet, and a convenient half bath. Plus, the washer and dryer, along with drying space, are conveniently located on this floor. The stairway leading up to the main level is a another charming tribute to Joe- known for his red socks on Sundays. Once you enter the main level, you'll find the second bedroom, the only one on this floor, tastefully decorated and offering two new twin beds along with an office space and plenty of room for your personal belongings. A full bath is positioned next to this bedroom, accessible for everyone on the main floor. The simple and tasteful decor encourages relaxation, making it a cozy spot to take a nap on a cloudy day or unwind away from the summer sun.
