Charming guesthouse in Marin

This cozy and charming guesthouse is perfectly located in San Anselmo, just a short stroll from Downtown Fairfax, making it ideal for travelers looking to discover the beauty of the local region. The fully private dwelling has free parking, its own private entrance, a modern bathroom, comfortable bedroom, and small kitchen. Guests can also enjoy access to the shared backyard. I do not accept pets.
The space
This is a small dwelling; there’s a bedroom, a nice size bathroom and a small kitchen.
Outside there’s a table with 2 chairs and in the back there are 2 lounge chairs.
The backyard is grass with plants around, 2 apple trees and Cherry trees. There an outside furniture and water fountain for you to enjoy.
Guest access
As you arrive please park your car next to mine to the left of the home. The entry to the Room is to the corredor on the left of the house, there’s a gate please press the metal bar and the room door is to the right in front of the outside glass table.
IMPORTANT: As you open the door there is a step inside.
Other things to note
The main locker is a keypad locker, please do not use the knob locker.
