LIVING ROOM: Ample seating, 70" smart TV, adjacent office, wood-burning fireplace, back patio with private beach access from sliding glass door.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Keurig with single pod or full coffee pot option, plus more. Coffee/tea bar is stocked for arriving guests.
DINING ROOM: Table seats 6 to 7 comfortably, with additional seating at island/bar area, access to patio with private beach from sliding glass door.
BEDROOM 1 (with private bathroom): One king-sized bed, plus sleeper couch with twin-sized pull-out bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, extra linens, private bathroom.
BEDROOM 2 (with private bathroom): One king-sized bed, walk-in closet, extra linens, private bathroom.
BEDROOM 3: Full-sized bunk beds, plus twin-sized trundle bed, Roku TV, extra linens.
HALLWAY 1: Bathroom 3, coat closet.
HALLWAY 2: Pantry, utility area with washer/dryer, storage closest, garage access.
GARAGE: Space for 1 vehicle (opens/closes from interior, no remote unless convenience option is selected in advance - ask owner). Additional refrigerator/freezer. Firewood (as supplies last). Crab pot and net, kites and more.
PATIO/OUTDOORS: BBQ grill (charcoal and propane), outdoor seating and sand toys.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Exterior only Google Nest cameras are on the premises for the safety of guests and security of the home. Intentional obstruction or tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Parking information. Up to four (4) vehicles can be accommodated easily at this Property (1 in the the garage — garage opens/closes from interior, no remote unless convenience option is selected by in advance - ask owner, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the overflow gravel area that runs parallel to the Property's fence).

Pets (dogs only, 2 maximum). Pre-approval required. Non-refundable deposit of $350 will be added to your booking (applies to bookings made on or after March 15, 2025).

Minimum age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
