Really nice, cozy home for our family of 5. We had all the amenities for a comfortable weekend stay - full size kitchen and dining table, big couches and tvs, and big king size beds. Most importantly, sitting in the jacuzzi with a view overlooking the bay was instant relaxation.

We had a lovely stay in Waldport. The house was lovely and the view was amazing. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We were there for a High School graduation, so the location was ideal. We would definitely book again!

Well appointed kitchen and clean beautifully decorated home. Fabulous sunset views from the deck. Hot Tub was great! Location is exceptional, so close to many popular attractions on the central coast. Host was easy to reach - Lorina checked in to make sure we were all set and was always available for any questions. Fresh baked bread and oreo cake upon arrival was such a pleasant surprise! Best VRBO we ever stayed at. Sad to leave. Hope to return for a stay next year!

This house was, by far, the best we have ever stayed in at the coast! Very clean and extremely well stocked. The appliances and hot tub actually worked and the beds were very comfortable. We were honestly slightly shocked that there was so much stuff for us to use in the kitchen. It was great! And having fresh baked bread along with eggs and oranges for juicing all waiting for you was delightful! We will be back!

Such a beautiful beach home! The host went above and beyond! Fresh baked bread and delicious cookies when we walked through the door. We were there for a mini honey moon and she even put up a banner and got us a sweet card. We had so much fun at driftwood beach near by and enjoyed coming back to the house to soak in the hot tub each night before bed.

Lorina went above and beyond in every way! Her communication was second to none and thankfully so because VRBO did not send the door code like normal but because of Lorina is was not a problem. We entered the house to the smell of homemade bread and had a birthday banner and chocolate for our boys. The back deck was an amazing place to hang out around the fire pit . The location was secluded but close to everything we wanted the host and property get five stars from us.

Sweet view from the hot tub

Wonderful host and beautiful house. It is one of the best prepared homes we have stayed in. The kitchen has everything, beds are great! And it’s well set up for your dogs with an outdoor potty area off the bedrooms. Some people may not like the spiral staircase but it’s solid - just be careful.

Comfortable, clean and cute plus great views!

This home has everything to make your stay perfect from towels for the hot tub to extra toiletries and then some. We immediately felt at home. Loved the outdoor fireplace. Kitchen was exextremely well stocked. Parking was difficult for us as we were pulling a boat. But we loved it.

Great view! Friendly host!

We stayed here for a couple days to visit my grandparents and celebrate my mom’s birthday. If you’re celebrating and birthday or anniversary let them know! The host was so generous to decorate the house before our arrival for us to celebrate my mom’s birthday! The view from the porch was spectacular and the house is spacious and comfortable. We don’t come with kids but there is a very cute little book nook tucked away from children in the kids room. Very enjoyable stay!

Hot tub house

This home was clean and many nice amenities. There were many accommodations for pets and people. The downside was the steep driveway and really no place to walk. Drive to beach or town solved that problem. Details by owner was very evident. Hot tub was awesome too. Beautiful view!

House with view

Lovely property with great amenities - but our only concern was that 2 of party had mobility issues and navigating the narrow steep spiral staircase to reach the bedrooms and bathroom was very difficult. The listing stated that it was good for seniors - but with all the bedrooms and main bath downstairs the staircase should have been NOTED on the listing!

From the Owner: "Hello Jim. Thank you for your review. Safety is one priority for guests. On sight are three pictures of the stairs showing it’s a spiral. Evolve and I are working on a better picture of the stairs on sight. I did see it stated the house was safe for seniors on Airbnb last night but now we can't find it on any site. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, it will be corrected."

Beautiful, Beach-Themed, Bay View Rental

Perfect stay...started with smell of fresh baked bread as you walked into the beautiful beach-themed home. Farm Fresh eggs in the frig. Fantastic view of the Alsea Bay. Clear instructions on use of hot tub. Children's ocean-themed reading nook was a big hit with the children. Nice, quiet neighborhood ..would rent again in a heartbeat. Kudos to the owner's! Such a nice job of creating the perfect beach getaway. Spiral staircase was exciting for the children...but it could present problems for someone with accessability issues.

Everything you need and more!!

This house was a perfect getaway for our family of 7. It comes equipped with all the essentials plus some. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. We spent some much needed time away from our electronics while we played games and told stories sitting around the fire table on the deck. To top it off the view was perfect for sitting and drinking our morning coffee or watching the sun go down while having a beverage. This home is perfect for a family weekend of fun. We walked in to a welcoming the of a fresh clean house along with fresh baked bread for us to enjoy! There aren’t enough stars on this review to express how impressed with were with this home and the owners.
