The Celadon Beach Resort is an upscale resort on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and is located directly on the beach. Celadon is a family-friendly resort and provides the ultimate beach vacation experience. This resort offers one indoor/outdoor heated pool with a hot tub on the club side and another partially covered pool with a hot tub on the beachside. Other CBR amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, tennis court, grills, and on-site rental Jet skis and other water activities.

Celadon Beach Resort is a smoke free environment.

No pets are allowed per HOA.

2 parking spots are available per stay. One is a numbered space underneath the building and the other is first come first serve. A one time charge payable to the on site office upon check in is required for parking passes.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

Never received the final confirmation email with all of the codes. Had to contact the owner twice just for the door code. Never got a working pool code. Had to pay for parking which I feel was not adequately mentioned beforehand. Overall it was okay. The condo was pretty nice and comfortable. Definitely need to bring a fan as the master bedroom got fairly warm every night.

Clean and peaceful getaway

Family enjoyed the property. It was close to everything and clean. Very peaceful and my kiddo loved the pool as well !

As always I walk the condo looking for issues and taking pictures. There were a couple of issues, the covering was coming off one of the kitchen cabinets, stains on the chair and a couple other minor issues. The kitchen utensils (pots and pans) were a mix/match of different items. There was only one decent pan to cook with. I have been going to the Celadon for four years, we switched to try a new place. I have been completely happy until now. I felt like the condo was in need of upgrades. This part has nothing to do with the condo but at times two of the three elevators were down several times during the week. Who in the world schedules elevator maintenance during peak vacation times. Let’s not talk about the water being turned off when everyone was trying to get ready to go to dinner.

Beautiful condo with a loaded kitchen. Very clean and functional. Only problem we had was with the building itself. We couldn’t find the Barbque grills and the parking space below the building. Also the pool access codes for the weren’t correct and other guests had assist us.

Battled cockroaches. Our codes werent working when got there. The seal in washer needs to be checked, when wash clothes got some greaae on some clothes. We had to vacuum the return very dirty hurt on air flow. We were trying to keep thesand swept up but all we had was the bottom of the broom no handle or dustpan. Pretty condo had a good time just several issues

The host, ECDI, was great responding and with taking care of our needs. Since our stay was two months, there were issues that occurred. They responded quickly with the missing coffee maker, broom, replacement pillows. Very quick to address the sliding door, dryer vent and refrigerator. The maintenance crew were friendly and accommodating. The main issue we had was with the refrigerator. It froze all of the food on the refrigerator side and some food had to be discarded. Maintenance and another repairman came and couldn't fix it. An appliance technician came and had the part to fix it but couldn't get the owners to approve. He finally came with the part, refrigerator still froze, technician had to come back due to the new part not working and had to repair again. This took over two weeks to get resolved. We felt ECDI did great trying to get it fixed, but owner approval held them up. The unit itself was nice and comfortable with good towels and linens, comfortable bed, balcony furniture, storage space and equipped kitchen.

Great place but some issues

Had a fantastic stay all in all. The only issues were that the listing was not accurate. There is no reserved parking spot in garage and we had a new born. Found out parking is across the street in the garage which cost 45.00 per vehicle (not mentioned in the listing). So with a new born the only reason we chose this place was because of the convenient parking, which it did not have. None of the codes provided in the check in info worked for either pools. Had to talk to other guests and use their codes. Also, no control of your own thermostat so if you are cold or hot it’s not up to you. We called about the parking on arrival and never received a call back so we had to figure that out on our own. Once you get all your stuff upstairs and set up it’s pretty convenient to get to the beach if the elevators aren’t busy. The view is great for the sunset from the balcony. Great condo just needs the listing to be accurate to avoid these types of situations.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. However, there were several hiccups with the property. First, we had no Wi-Fi or TV until Tuesday. It took two emails and a phone call to get any help with this issue. Second, the information was inaccurate for both the pool code and the coffee maker; only a Mr. Coffee, no Keurig-type coffee maker. Also, we had to ask someone about where to take the trash. Third, basic maintenance was needed, such as the hall bath not draining properly, the sliding glass doors being extremely hard to open and close (need the tracks cleaned out and WD40), bulbs out in the hall bath & primary bedroom, and the floors were filthy when we arrived. It was not obvious from the appearance, but from the bottoms of our feet when we walked around the condo. On a positive note, the primary bed was very comfortable, the shower in the primary bathroom was awesome, the air conditioning was perfect, the balcony and the furniture were fabulous, and the elevators were fast, even though one was not working.

The condo was clean but there was some issues1. Internet not working. The number i was given was the wrong company. 2. Almost all of the outlets were not working3. Air conditioner, someone else was in control of it. It kept telling me to put in a code, no matter what button i pushed. I was told there is no code, but funny how the temp was set lower when I couldn't do it. 4. Code we were given to the pool by the beach was the wrong code. Found out it was changed months agoInternet did get fixed. The tech that came stated that he was out a month ago for the same issues and the owner was told them that it keep flipping the breaker. That's why most of the outlets didn't work or the Internet. FIRE HAZARD
