The Space:
Go all out. You only have so much time to take a vacation, why book an "ordinary" beachfront condo when you can book a beachfront penthouse?
This is an 11th and top floor penthouse at Inverness Beach condos.
Please Note: Property is for sale & subject to real estate showings with (24) hour notice to guests. We do deduct $45 from the rental amount, if a showing does happen for your inconvenience
Unique Features:
*3 bedroom with the largest master bedroom in South Padre Trips management portfolio - it's huge for a condo
*Unit 1102 allows up to 10 people, very spacious, kitchen is fully equipped, every bedroom has a NEW Smart TV (not in pics we just replaced) & all tile floors.
*High Speed WiFi
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
*Free Parking Off Street
*2 entry points to the outdoor patio - one in 2nd bedroom one in living room
*Patio out to ocean provides simply the best view on the North End of South Padre Island. There is no other complex as close to the waters edge as Inverness
*Walk to entertainment at Bar Louie, Clayton's Beach Bar, or On the Border Mexican at Hilton Garden Inn. Not to mention walkable to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar for food or drinks.
*Property has a 3rd floor pool overlooking ocean, very unique on South Side of building. North Side of building has the outdoor heated Texas-sized Jacuzzi.
*Inverness has covered garage parking under the building & there is coin op laundry on floor 11 for guest use. There is one space in garage and one outside the complex when you book this condo.
Want to impress someone? Book this penthouse for just a tad more money than a standard 3 bedroom beachfront condo.
Washer & Dryer located inside the condo
The beach in front of Inverness is very nice for children to swim, shallow and gentle slope in water. Very ideal for families with young kiddos. Make sure when you arrive to access the luggage carts for your stuff to get upstairs. There are 2 elevators as well.

1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $100 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $1000 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Getting Around:
call City Cabs or Bbs Taxi as Uber and Lyft do not operate you can also use Island Transit it's a local tourist bus that picks up right near the property on Golf Boulevard it picks up about every 45 minutes between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily free of charge
