Ocean Front Condo with Gorgeous Ocean Views

Imagine waking to the sound of the surf and being able to lay in the king size bed and watch the waves. This property has gorgeous views of the beach from all rooms other than the guest bedroom.

The master suite with king size Tempur- Pedic mattress, Is very large and opulent from the walk-in closet, double sink vanity with quartz countertops, the heated towel rack, jacuzzi brand jetted tub. The guest bath remodeled in October 2018 with multiple head walk in glass shower and quartz countertop. The balcony overlooks the beach and pool, and opens to both the master and the living with floor to ceiling glass.

Kitchen is gorgeous with its quartz countertop.

This unit is on the 2nd floor and easily accessed from either the elevator or stairs. Very easy access to the beach with the boardwalk.

The kitchen is spacious, beautiful and well appointed with quarz counters and every luxury such as, large side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, convection oven/range, Microwave, full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, and a large pantry.

The family room has tropical decor and a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress / love seat and entertainment center with 60' Flat Screen TV, Digital Cable, HBO, surround sound and Blue Ray .

There is plenty for the family to do on site with tennis court, a wading pool, Children's playground, beach volleyball, and Schlitterbahn water park is near by. Boat and jet ski rental are two blocks away. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. There is cable on the three TVs, and high speed WI-FI are included.

Gated parking offers Safety and protection for your vehicles.

We are a Non-smoking property, smoking in the premises will result in forfeit of the security deposit

Wonderful condo

SPI property

This rental was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. It also was “as advertised”...unlike some other properties that look good in the photos but aren’t so good in person! We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience, delightful stay!

It was everything we hoped it would be, and it was more than we expected. Very well appointed kitchen, wonderful view, convenient to most attractions. The grounds are very well managed, and the attendants are helpful and friendly. Great property, wonderful owners! Mark this for your next trip to the coast!

Great condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful time at SPI and the Ocean Vista condo we rented was perfect! Was clean, decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. A short walk down the ramp to the beach and we were set! Had a great week with absolutely beautiful weather!

Great family get away!

Our family of 6 throughly enjoyed this much needed vacation!! Robert and Geneva were very easy to work with their their home was very nice and comfortable!! The view from the balcony was perfect and the beach access was right in front of us. We had great weather so it was so nice to be out in the fresh air walking the beach (with our pups) or the enjoying the pool (with the kids). This vacation was exactly what our family needed after the stressful end of a crazy school year. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Beach mini Vacation with Gra dsons

Property and condo is well maintained. Location is on a nice section of the city beach with easy access and very nice walking ramp. Master bed was very nice guest rooms beds were a little too firms for the grandsons. Everything worked as was supposed to. Overall very nice trip.

Amazing Beach Views

The ease of renting this property was awesome. Owners kept in communication and supplied very detailed information, covering everything you can think of. The views from the condo were million dollar views, access to beach was truly spot on. The condo was clean and updated. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Great Condo A Few Feet Away From The Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. It is a very short walk away from the beach. My family and I had a great time. There was an issue with the water being cut off due to a line break, but that was an issue with the city and not the condo itself. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to anyone looking to spend time at SPI.

Fantastic stay

Our condo was fabulous. Looking out the slider doors onto the ocean was next to heaven. We’ve never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked. Everything you need and then some. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you for such a great stay. The location was great as well. Would definitely recommend this condo. Our little dog loved it too. Ron and Trish Richardson, Tx

Such a lovely place!

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We were left without a place due to another unit being sold and only had days to find a replacement for the same days and location and my entire family agreed that it was a fantastic upgrade! The beds were so comfortable, everything was incredibly well furnished from enough towels, kitchen gear and cleaning supplies to help with sand accumulation and even an iron we used last minute for some sun dresses we bought while there. Communication was super easy too! Thank you again for such a lovely visit!

Conger Visit

We have stayed in several SPI condos and found this one to be very comfortable. The location is great being so close to Boomerang Billy's and Leslie! Took our little chihuahua which was very nice with no extra charge! I was concerned that being so close to the pool would cause noise problems but this was never an issue. Would definitely return. Thanks Robert and Geneva!

Perfect, perfect, perfect!

The condo was very clean with everything we needed for a perfect get-away. Master bed was very comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with condiments, spices, and a variety of cooking utensils. Nice carts to help with luggage or shopping bags. Beautiful sunrises on the porch. Grocery and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is right above the pool area, which some may not like, but with few guests when we visited SPI, the noise wasn't a problem for us. Owner provided excellent guidance and quick responses to all of our questions. We highly recommend and will definitely consider again.

Family Vacation

Loved our stay at Ocean Vista! The condo was clean and everything worked great.... A/C, appliances, electronic door lock! Beds were comfy too! There were plenty of all the necessities and more in the kitchen. The elevator is close to the front door which was super nice and it worked! The parking was great while we were there and on 4th of July weekend! Great ocean views from the balcony and street views from the front door were we were able to watch fireworks perfectly! My only complaint would be the living room furniture, outdated and not very comfy. It is exactly as pictured on-line so I knew that going in.... did not affect our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you Robert and Geneva!

Ocean Vista

House is clean, master bed very comfortable. We only needed one room so other rooms not even touched. Beach not as enjoyable as last year, very packed and noisy with radios blasting from beach goers. It’s hard to relax when forced to hear blasting music. It’s almost like Port Aransas with the crowds and the noise. On our third night, I was awakened at 10 pm with “renters” moving furnitures from above us. It lasted till 2 am! I needed to tap the ceiling to make them aware they are disturbing our sleep and rest and it will be quiet for a very short while but then it continues. I have insomnia and needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Great family vacation condo! Perfect!

We have stayed at many rental places in SPI over the years and this one was one of the best! The location on the beach provides the best views ever to wake up to, as well as a super short walk to the beach. The 2nd floor location meant no long rides on the elevator each way, which is nice actually. The condo property is well taken care of and has everything you would need like carts and secured parking. We never used the pools but they looked nice! The only thing that’s annoying is the “owners umbrellas and chairs” in front of the property which meant we needed to walk to the sides of the property to rent beach chairs and umbrellas or even set up our own. And the WiFi connection was horrible which, these days, is a real nuisance and an easy fix! Otherwise the condo was perfect and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and provided for. If the owners could fix the WiFi to provide a normal quality of connection - it would be perfect. Owners were super communicative and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Ocean Vista 203

First, being a gated condo gives you a complete sense of security. The description was completely accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. The property was decorated very appropriately. The owner provided excellent customer service in letting us know all about the condo and the different places to eat and enjoy in South Padre. There was a complete kitchen so that one could eat in and not have to get out. I would recommend this property to a friend. Our favorite restaurants was Scampi's and the Sea Ranch. The Palms had great drinks and was just a short distance. The Pirate's Landing Adventure Ship was great for families. Para-sailing was also great. The bird reserve was super also. There were many other things to do, but we mainly enjoyed the view from the balcony on the second floor, listening to the waves roll in. It was awesome to be located right on the beach. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing place to stay. We totally let go of all stresses.

Very nice accommodations, looked and felt just like the picture and met all expectations. Great view

Super chill get away. Nice condo and facilities. Pool was very well kept. Close to local attractions and the beach was right there. Would happily rent this unit for our next trip.

Great place to stay on the beach in South Padre

Nice and clean. Bright, great view off the front balcony. Right off the beach, with a nice clean pool if you don’t want to deal with the sand. Near lots of good places to eat, and 2 blocks from a grocery store. Beds were comfortable. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will be back!
