Wonderful property and a great host very informative and very quick to answer the phone. I took my girlfriend here as her birthday present. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful views wonderful pool and close proximity to some of the best spots on the island. We are already trying to plan our next trip and definitely want to try and stay here again as long as it’s not booked up.

Great property that has everything you need. Good kitchen amenities and outdoor grill. Pool was fantastic and perfect at the end of the day. Super convenient to Salt Pond, Lameshur, and other less visited south beaches, and still only 25m to north shore beaches.

Caribe breeze is perfect! Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful view! Clean pool. Solar power. Comfy beds. We look forward to many more stays here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! We LOVED the views from the pool deck and upper balcony along with the privacy of two very separate bedrooms, both with their own bathroom, large closet, and outdoor shower. The place was very clean and SO well stocked! From a "junk" drawer in the kitchen to games in the family room to snorkeling gear in the laundry closet to makeup wipes by the bathroom, this place had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Had we known the extent of the owners' thoughtfulness, we would have packed less! The gravelly road going up to the villa is a bit treacherous, but then again we should have known better than to rent a two-wheel drive minivan. Oh well. We'd deal with that road all over again to have another stay at this place. It was simply perfect. And we will miss all the hermit crabs! 5 stars, A, 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!

I definitely know why this place is called Caribe breeze. There is an amazing breeze that flows through the house constantly. The views are amazing. Highly recommend.

We loved the place and the access to the national park trails just a few minutes down the road. Our kids had a blast playing in the pool and watching all the wildlife that wandered by including deer, hermit crabs, and birds. Rooms were comfortable and the outdoor showers were so cool! The main living area was a little warm during the day but cooled off nicely at night and the AC in the rooms was great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our overall favorite was sharing meals on the upper porch enjoying the incredible view. Our only hiccup which was no fault of our great host was the power issues with the St Thomas and St John’s power company. Thankfully the house has some backup batteries but we did have to limit our use of power when we were at the house a few nights. But we made the best of it and Dave was great to give us updates when the power was on or off and let us know the battery consumption rates. Doesn’t sound like this happens a lot, but it was something affecting everyone on the island during our time. We would absolutely come back and stay here. Best towels we’ve used outside of our own home. Plenty of snorkel gear and chairs for adventures around the island.

The pool and view were amazing! Super clean property. Owner was very helpful. House was about ten minutes away from Coral Bay Area. Outdoor style showers were a unique concept that ended up being pleasant after a day out in the sun with the tree coverage. Solar power on the house was excellent during the short power outage one morning!

We loved our stay at Caribe Breeze! The location was further east than we typically stay, but the breeze was definitely worth it! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the view was fantastic, and everything was just as described. Our jeep made it around with no issues!

We had such a good stay here! The views from the upstairs deck and pool area were unbeatable! Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The road in was rough but so are most roads on the island and after a few days, we hardly noticed. We really enjoyed how close to Salt Pond and Lameshur (an even rougher road but a super private beach with lots of conches) beaches were. This was definitely a quieter side of the island and suited us just fine! The bedrooms stayed comfortably cool and the outdoor showers really topped off the island experience. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cinnamon Bay Raintree Cafe before hitting the more popular beaches. We would stay here again, which is the best recommendation I can give to a place.

Wow! What a view! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caribe Breeze for a week with friends. The continuous breeze from the ocean kept us cool and kept the bugs away. Beds were comfy and everything was nice and clean. The road to the cottage is bumpy so a 4 wheel drive is needed. Overall great experience and I’d stay here again. Host is very responsive.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the road is bumpy, but 4WD is not a requirement, just a vehicle with a bit of clearance, like a Jeep, Nissan Rouge, Toyota RAV4, etc.

We had an outstanding stay Caribe Breeze! The views are amazing! The house was very comfortable and inviting! Plenty of room to relax and unwind. David was easy to work with and was quick to respond to questions or needs. The location is quiet and private. There are other houses close to the property, but the way they’re laid out on the hill you don’t even realize they’re close and we never saw anyone else. Caribe Breeze is definitely a gem in the Coral Bay Area! We can’t wait to go back!

Very private, top of the hill. The stars were the best we’ve ever seen in a National park. This side of the island is quiet but there was a fantastic food truck at the bottom of the driveway (Flavorful Delights) and a few restaurants.Pool was clean, it was chilly and windy during our stay but it was neat to watch the storms travel on the horizon. Would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at caribe breeze. The view is unbeatable! Beautiful sunrises from the patio and sunsets at the top of the driveway. Perfect for stargazing at night. Super private. Comfy beds. Wonderful outdoor showers. Probably the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had!

The amazing view from the decks and pool were highlights of this property. Nice and new bathrooms, and plenty of thoughtful details and comforts. Prompt and easy communication with owner through app. Only concern was that the master bed was very hard/thin mattress which made it challenging to sleep in that bedroom.

Loved Caribe Breeze! Was a perfect place to call home while on the island: nice and quiet and gorgeous views! It had enduring we needed and a lovely kitchen. We hope to come back to Caribe Breeze and not have our time shortened by winter storms and flight cancellations next time!

BEAUTIFUL view, from morning to night. Clean and refreshing pool. Options to sit/read/talk on pool deck or top balcony. Solar power came in clutch. Caribe BREEZE is aptly named, and helped keep mosquitoes away (didn't see one on property). Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed using the grill twice. Rocky driveway is as advertised.

Caribe Breeze was amazing. Home was exactly as the pictures showed. We had a lot of rain but the home was comfortable and while the neighbor had power outages the solar panels of Caribe Breeze kept us comfy despite all that was going on around us. Close to beaches and a great place to stay. Very private. Loved it.

Laundry available. Everything we needed was available. Host very attentive when needed. Would suggest Jeep for the driveway to Villa. And for the roads on the island in general. Beautiful views every day. Pool was convenient and clean.

The host David was incredibly responsive, keeping us in the loop on a power outage and timing regarding it coming back on. The home was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. This was the perfect space for our book club trip, and we were so impressed.
