Immaculate, very tastefully decorated home welcomes you to enjoy your vacation. Living room, kitchen, and dining are open with vaulted ceilings and divided by cozy, 2 sided gas fireplace. Master bedroom has a Queen bed (plus pullout twin for child age 2 or younger). 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed as well. 3rd bed upstairs has 1 Queen plus 1 twin bed and full bathroom with shower. Living room is spacious and comfortable with large flat screen TV, BluRay DVD/CD player, Free WiFi. Dual gas fireplace is cozy in the living room and the other side is in the dining/kitchen area. Spacious kitchen to work in with 2 dining areas. Sliders lead to wooden deck with picnic table, outdoor furniture, and garden-like yard. NO SMOKING and NO PETS! Thank you!! - Limited parking - Parking for a maximum 3 cars; 1 in the garage and 2 can park in front of garage (no street parking allowed)

Quiet peaceful vacation home

This is our second stay here and had another wonderful stay! The back garden and deck are so peaceful and private! The beds are comfortable and the place is incredibly quiet at night; so everyone slept great!

Really nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Modern and updated. Quality beds, sheets, towels, etc. close to town and a drive on beach.

Nice place. Clean accomodations. Only complaint is that parking is pretty tight for large vehicles. Thanks for a fun stay.

Fabulous Stay

Three couples stayed here while in town for a golf tournament. Wonderful house with all the amenities you would want. Especially appreciated each couple having bath/shower of their own. We would certainly book again in the future.

Quick Coast Getaway

We were only able to escape for two nights to the coast over Spring Break this year and this house worked out perfect for our family of 4. It was located in a convenient location that made Seaside and Astoria easily accessible for our daytime activities. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Pictures don't do it justice!

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. My whole family loved the place. It never felt cramped. We each had our own room and bedroom. I stayed in the room up the stairs which felt like waking up in a tree house. There are many sky lights and the ceilings are tall and open. The garden surrounding the property makes it feel private and elegant. We were sad we had to leave!

Spacious, comfortable and amazing

We had an amazing mom and daughter trip! There was more than ample room for all of us, clean, comfortable. Beds were great! The backyard was quaint and welcoming. Loved having a small fire in the fireplace and listening to the frogs talking to each other in the evenings. We did not spend a lot of time there as the weather was amazing and the beach was calling! We look forward to another visit some day!

Family Fun

We really enjoyed the house. A little off the beach but not so far you can't walk to it if you want to. Liked Gerhart was not as busy as Seaside so felt more relaxed.

Best Beach House

We have stayed in many beach vacation rentals and this one was so perfect! It was very clean, lots of sleeping options. I was surprised by the additional beds and layout. The house was open and airy. A short walk thru town to the beach. You can drive and park as well, but we chose to walk. We plan to return to this one again next year. The one down side which is a city ordinance is the parking. We only had 2 cars so it was a non-issue but there is no street parking allowed.

GORGEOUS!!! Cozy and a dream.

Great stay with some hiccups.

We enjoyed our stay and all was well. Did have an ant problem in the upstairs bedroom but we just shuffled kids around and made the best of it. The master bathroom has what seems to a leaky toilet so when it goes to refill the tank it is rather loud and does it all night which would wake us up through out the night. These things were minimal issues for us and we would stay again it was otherwise quiet and peaceful. House is rather nice and great location on the coast.

Great small vacation rental

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. We were allowed to have an early check in for our toddlers who needed a nap. We were so thankful Beach Rentals was so accommodating! We came for the good clam tides and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend staying here. The house was clean, centrally located had a well equiped kitchen. With the exception if having no coffee grinder. We highly recommend this home!

Golf Trip

Great place to stay and close to a couple of fun golf courses. Nice house with deck to sit and enjoy the sun, very clean house. My group has been renting houses from Garibaldi to Manzanita but I think we have a new place to stay for spring and fall.

Perfect House For A Friends’ Weekend

Perfect place for a weekend with friends. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. The office was very responsive to our questions and when we had an issue with the DVD player, a staff member came right over to replace the missing cable. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend to friends!

Charming Gearhart

This Gearhart home worked well for our family. Grandma upstairs & daughter partner & grandson downstairs. Enjoyed the quaint Gearhart area & small downtown. Then there was the elk. Large herd. Fun to watch!

Very nice home, convenient location, plenty of rooms/beds

We were looking for a vacation rental home for our last summer vacation with our family. This home was almost perfect for our stay near Seaside. First, it has plenty of rooms and beds. Our kids each had their own bed, which was very nice for them. Second, the home was conveniently located close to Seaside, Cannon Beach, Ecola State Park, and Fort Stevens. We loved the quick access to the Safeway in Seaside for food, and the 15-20 minute access to great beaches all along the Oregon coast. The home was overall clean when we arrived. A few pots/pans looked like they needed to be cleaned better (oil residue left on them), but the sheets were all freshly cleaned and the kitchen and bathrooms were all clean. The only issue that bothered us were the ants. We were consistently finding and killing ants in the kitchen during our stay, and that was a bit bothersome. Other than that though, we loved our stay here and would return given the opportunity. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very spacious and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. There is only 1 TV in the living room. TVs in the bedrooms would be nice, but we weren't there to watch TV! Our kids really enjoyed their own bedroom (with a window bench) and bathroom upstairs. It's a nice location in Gearhart. We have 3 full size vehicles so the parking was tight with no street parking. Very quiet and peaceful with friendly smiling neighbors. Close to Fultano's Pizza and Bowl (delicious pizza!)

Wonderful and relaxing!

What a lovely place - relaxing and everything you need. The location is great: a quiet neighborhood, away from the Seaside traffic but enough to head down the road if you want a great meal at Seaside Brewing (yum). The backyard is amazing, and we really enjoyed the hummingbirds that were busy with all the flowering plants. This will be where we stay when we are back in the area!

A much needed last minute girls' trip

Something for everybody at this place. I stayed in the green room, my younger kids, ages 11 and 14 stayed up in the blue room and my oldest, who turned 18 while we were in town, stayed in the jewel-toned room toward the front of the hallway. Each bedroom had a bathroom but it was easiest to have the kids brush teeth and wash faces with Mom. We were greeted by a humming bird on the back patio when we arrived and a Blue Jay when coming and going. We loved having the windows open and the cooler temps were a real treat compared to our se WA heat wave from which we escaped to come to Gearhart. The place was well-equipped and the only thing I would have preferred different would be taller toilets and at least one bidet. Stairs were ok for now though. I knew the place was not Ada though so I did what I could and made due temporarily. Also we could use the garage but did not find any remote so adapted. Ucan really tell that a person put a lot of thought into the decor. Pretty sure I left a pillow of mine by accident. Really liked having a door lock of this style instead of an older lock style. If you stay, you'll know soon enough how well it works for a family. Place was easy to keep up and to use the bench in front for removing sand and shoes before entering. Tubs are downstairs and nice shower up. We mainly kept to the downstairs rooms except for sleeping and one day we stayed in. Loved the natural light and inviting in the salty sea air for a nice breeze. We did art, talked as a family, had older teens stay in while I went out with my youngest a bit and we had ample space to spend time in different rooms while being at the same property. It was ideal and well-worth the summer rate for our purposes as we truly only travel if we can safely prepare our particular foods for those who have a lot of allergies. I had never used a gas stovetop before but looked it up on youtube first and had a go. The first time igniting the gas burner startled me but I did alright after that. Also my kids got to see how it is to keep things so organized and also have a few labels so we know expectations and can use things as agreed. It is in a good location and easy to find when I realized the dairy queen is a good landmark for the turn when we come and go and Safeway and Rite Aide were close. I definitely hope to return regularly to Seaside/ Gearhart and would like it if it could be at this place with my kids and/ or someone sweet who would like to share a nice vacation.
