Just Beachy, on Atlantic Beach, offers seaside dreams and vacation vibes! Steps from the ocean, this condo features two bedrooms, three baths, and plenty of room for family and friends. The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bath, while the guest room includes a queen bed and twin bunks. The spacious kitchen, dining area, and open living room are perfect for gathering. Enjoy shell-seeking, surfing, or sunsets. An outdoor shower keeps sand outside. Life’s better at Just Beachy!
Important to Know

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines house rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.

The place was great! Just the right size! Had everything we needed and the walk to the beach was very short and easy. Will probably stay there again next year!

You can’t top this location! Literally steps from the beach. Well-appointed townhouse for our family of five, plus 2 pups! Had everything we needed! Communication with the host was top notch. Nice, quiet neighborhood with lots to explore nearby. Highly recommend and would def come back!

Lovely place at the beach

We had a perfect time in this beach house and we felt like home. The house is gorgeous and generally equipped.Landie gave us all the information and responded directly to us when we called or texted her.The beach is literally right around the corner – just a 2-minute stroll! We're already looking forward to coming back and relaxing there again.

Wonderful place for a stay in AB!

This townhome is beautiful! It was nice to have the bedrooms downstairs on a different floor from the living area and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the large deck has nice furniture! This was the best stocked rental I've stayed in as far as supplies, and there was lots of ice in the freezer. I appreciated the details like the light switches being labeled as well. The most important thing was the prompt and detailed communication upon booking and throughout our stay. The owner is lovely and accommodating. The location is great for those who don't know AB well. It's only about a mile from center and at the end of the road at the beach access. You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze! Overall, a wonderful experience!
