Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.
The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Summer seasonal community pool.

I wasn’t sure how close we would be to the main strip of shops and so was happy to find us less than a half mile from The Village Shops area entrance to downtown. Regarding the condo, it was as advertised. Very nicely equipped and comfortable. We had a fine visit to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

We had an excellent stay, ample space for our family of 4 to relax. So close to trolly stops and close enough to walk to downtown. Enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to the creek and swimming at the pool in the afternoon. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of necessities. Highly recommend this condo!

Absolutely love this condo. Very clean. Rooms are nice. Beds are nice. Bathrooms very clean. A little bit of small remodeling wouldn't hurt but overall very great condo to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. They were very accommodating for us and the home is quite nice and a decent, easy walk to the parkway. The bear outside was a plus!

We had a very wonderful stay! Charles was very responsive to all my questions both before and during our stay. Check in process was smooth, the condo was very clean and had all items we needed for our stay. The pictures of the unit were accurate and we even saw a bear:) We would definitely recommend this place and will be back the next time we come to Gatlinburg!

Close walk to downtown. Clean rooms and kitchen stocked with pans, plates and silverware. Pods provided in laundry room along with extra towels. Books and board games also provided.

Perfect location with a short walk to the strip and a pool. Bathroom amenities were nice, but could use some proper maintenence. Upstairs loft room needed dusting above the loft door and light fixture.

Cute and Great Location
We enjoyed our time. Its a great time. We could've used enough seating for 6 people. That is our only complaint. We would stay again.

The condo is in a good location and close to downtown. The bathrooms need more hooks to hang clothes on. It would have been good to know that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor. I had just had a knee replacement. Overall, we loved this condo.

Condo was just as described and depicted in photos. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was amazing, small but efficient kitchen, lovely patios with views of the pool and stream. Made use of washer and dryer so we came home with very little laundry and no wet towels or suits. Condo is well equipped with everything you need, steps from trolley stop and we saw a bear walk through the parking lot!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this group of properties and we love it. So easy to park and walk to activities, check in is a breeze, and it’s easy to get into contact with a representative of the property if need be. We brought up an issue with the cleanliness of the pool to Charles and he swiftly took care of the issue. The condos are always clean and comfortable. I have recommended these to other family members and my family will be returning next year! You can’t go wrong booking here.
