a beautiful and very comfortable spot just minutes away from the village. we very much enjoyed our stay and will very likely stay again!! very clean and everything we needed and more! The host was very easy to contact and answered all of our questions.

Tracy's home is like a home from home. The minute we walked in, we felt instantly relaxed like we were visiting an old friend. The living room was super cosy and the grounds were amazing to sit out on when the weather was nice. It was also very convenient, only 2 miles from the main shops and restaurants in Skaneateles, along with that lovely lake.I would highly recommend Tracy's home. Beautiful!

A truly lovely little house. Tracy was very responsive and checked in after a power outage. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Place

The house was easy to find, and in a great location easy to get into the town. Super clean, and having it be pet-friendly was awesome. It had everything you need for a kitchen, not the common barely enough.The owner was super responsive when we even had a small question on arrival.Highly recommend.

We loved the Folk Soul. We are very familiar with Skaneateles but it was the time renting with VRBO. The home was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Tracy was an attentive host and answered all of our questions. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of cable TV. Even though we were able to stream, not having live and local TV was frustrating. But, overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Folk Soul! It was everything we wanted, plus more! Comfortable and clean. Polished and cozy. Welcoming and warm. It's amazingly updated. The king bed was super comfortable. My husband and I laughed that we slept better at Folk Soul than at our own home. The location is perfect for going back and forth to town. We definitely recommend staying at Folk Soul!

Stayed in Skaneateles with my wife and German Shepherd while we were looking at properties in the area. Visted my son and daughter-in-law in Rochester one evening and this is a perfect central location for finger lake activities and maybe an evening or day trip to Rochester or Syracuse. The towns of Skaneateles and neighboring Auburn are great places to grab a bite and super close to the property. The house is clean and very comfortable and perfect for our stay. Had all of the amenities we needed and more. Beautifully decorated and large open space living and dining area. Great king bed. Very large property and lawn with a firepit surrounded by Adirondak chairs in the back bordering the next-door farm. The large lot is great for a well-behaved dog but East Lake Rd. is quite busy so attend to your pet if they wander. Great stay and property!
