Very clean room and property. Very convenient access to the beach and area restaurants and stores. It was perfect for me and my husband just the right space we needed. First time here at Emerald Isle but definitely not our last. Host was very friendly and attentive.

HAD A GREAT TIME. STUDIO WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND JUST BIG ENOUGH FOR MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF. GROUNDS ARE WLL KEPT AND EVERYONE WAS NICE AND HELPFULL.

Quaint private getaway

This location was perfect for me and my fiance. The community felt very safe, and the private beach access was great. It was small, but quite cozy for the two of us. I would definitely recommend it!

Weekend away

The place is perfect for a weekend away - close to the beach...just a short walk. It is nice to be in a gated community as well. I know it was early May but it was quiet and peaceful the entire time we were there. The hosts were super quick to respond to anything we needed.

Comfortable & Simple

They provided everything you could think of needing and the place is super clean, comfortable and overall very nice! The host is very nice and quick to respond and help.The only downfall would be the water quality, but that is not in the host's control. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a cozy and affordable getaway!

Great couples getaway

Truly spectacular studio for our long weekend getaway. The location is perfect. The 3rd floor balcony view and breeze was so relaxing with just the right amount of sun to soak in. Communication with owners was great. The bed was very comfortable. The walk to beach was quick and easy, bringing along the beach chairs provided, appreciate that! I am sad to leave but will definitely want to book this condo again in any season!

Kimberly always responded back to any questions or concerns we had. The studio was even better than described....perfect for 1-2 people. We loved it. The only thing I dreaded was the hike up to the 3rd floor....I injured my knee prior to arrival & along with being 62 yrs old that climb was rough but I prevailed!!!! (there's no elevators which Kimberly has noted in the description).

At first we were disoriented. A site map would have been helpful. It rained every day so we didn’t have much time on the beach but it was nice.

Clean room. Nice pools. A bit of a hike to the beach but it is beautiful. Also, third floor walk up. Host very kind and responsive. Nice community.

This was a lovely property, very clean, and very quiet. Perfect for a couples getaway. Easy access to a beautiful beach. This property had local shoppes and stores within close proximity. Publix was 3 minutes from the condo which was a win! We are looking forward to returning in the near future.
