We had a great stay this last weekend. We had a golf weekend, there were 4 couples, and the place a perfect place to eat, drink and be merry. Close to golf courses, hiking trails and the beach!

Very well maintained home. Some special touches left us feeling very welcome. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the things we wanted to see and do!

Host responded very quickly. Kitchen had ample items to cook breakfast and dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful park close by for children too. Great stay for our vacation.

Suitable accommodations for the night near Monterey. Small beds for adults sharing (3 doubles/1 queen) but the place was clean/cozy and convenient.

This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the dining table was big enough for the number of people the house sleeps, the bedrooms were a comfortable size, and we enjoyed the decor.

Hi Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Just wanted give you little bit more info on towels. Our cleanIng leaves enough towels for guests. Seems like you stayed longer, so you may have run out because of your bigger group. We offer free washer, dryer as well as laundry detergents for free. I think you may have missed to see it. But its there. I wish you would have reached to me. Thbak

House was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to Monterey and Santa Cruz. Was clean and was well stocked with many amenities. Had an issue with the refrigerator and BJ had it replaced within hours of my call. Thank you for your prompt response.

We came for a wedding and had 6 others with us so it was just enough room bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. We cooked dinner one night and breakfast every morning. Plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area all the supplies were bought at Walmart just 3 blocks from the house. Just to keep things more economical for everyone being we all came from the east coast. The only thing that we wished they had at the house was a bbq grill. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would probably stay again if we needed.

We were not impressed. Not enough towels, and the host did not reply to my request for more. It was the first day we arrived that I asked via text. He had his read receipts on, because when I sent the text it said “READ” and no reply at all, ever. Poor communication between the host and my wife early on when she had questions. Fire extinguisher was not charged. The place did not smell fresh the moment we arrived. Garage area is not clean… clutter and not a place we would spend time . Washer in the garage is rusty and old. Oven mitts were stained and dirty. Downstairs bathroom sink is crusty, shower head crusty, old rusty soap dispensers, the air freshener outside the main entry door disgusting. Crusty old caulking around sinks and mirror. Rusty garbage cans in bathrooms. We have photos to show all of our complaints are valid. We killed spiders daily. Get someone to spray for bugs. I wouldn’t stay here again by any means, and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. TV was nice quality, but didn’t work to get channels. Our son is a tech genius and he couldn’t get it to work either. We stayed at a place for two days prior and it was beautiful and clean and we gave excellent reviews. We were at your place for 4 days and really regretted having to come back to it at the end of each day. Our final two days was spent only 10 minutes away from your place and it was also a beautifully decorated and well maintained older home that was an absolute pleasure to stay at.

It’s possible the message was sent to a different number. The question we received about the lockbox code was answered right away. Towels were provided according to the number of guests on your reservation. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry facilities, with detergent provided free of charge. We regularly maintain and update our home. While individual preferences and expectations vary, we recognize that some aspects fell short of yours\. We take your specific concerns about cleanliness and maintenance seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention.

The property was very clean and nicely appointed with many conveniences. We appreciated being able to include our dogs and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect overnight stay in the Monterey area

Spacious home and safe feeling neighborhood. We were only there for a night but the drive over to Monterey in the morning was perfect!
