When it came to check-in, we honestly didn’t realize there were two buildings across from each other one was hotel and cross was parking but connected by bridge and the traffic getting into the property was very heavy. I tried to call number for the office to get help and no one answered or ever called back Thankfully, the security staff were extremely kind and helpful, and they assisted us with the check-in process. They were amazing people.Other than that, check-in went smoothly. The condo itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from the balcony.Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn’t great. It was rainy and very windy most of the time, so the beach was under a red flag for much of our trip. We also paid to rent an umbrella and chairs, but several times we were told to take the umbrella down in the middle of the day, even though the wind didn’t seem that bad at the time. That was disappointing. The only thing I really did not like was the bed. It was extremely hard, like sleeping on a rock. I couldn’t get comfortable or sleep well, and we ended up leaving a day early because of it.Overall, if you asked me whether I would come back, my answer would be Definitely NOT not only in this hotel i will stay away from PCB
