This gorgeous Waikiki studio is located at the beginning of Waikiki with easy access to some of the best Oahu has to offer. At the luxurious “Royal Garden” building, guests are free to enjoy the gardens, pool, sauna, BBQ grills, fitness center, 24/7 laundry room with complimentary washers & dryers, and more great amenities! In addition to AC, free Wi-Fi/cable, and a smart TV, this studio features a private Zen lanai perfect for lounging in the Hawaiian sun & fresh air, plus defined sleeping, living, and dining areas.
This peaceful18th floor corner unit gives you a spacious lanai for relaxing & enjoying your morning coffee, as the sun rises over the mountains. Enjoy evening wine & cocktails out there as well, especially on Friday nights while watching the weekly fireworks!
The studio includes a queen-size bed (building occupancy limit = 2 guests). The building offers 3 elevators for your convenience.
KITCHEN
Stylish & well-stocked, this kitchenette includes a small fridge/freezer, microwave, 1800watt induction cooktop, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, French press, ice bucket, cocktail shaker set, dual compartment slow cooker, dinnerware, drinkware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, essential cookware, and more. Extra pantry/closet space located to the left of the kitchenette.
LIVING & SLEEPING AREA
The living & sleeping area split space – a cozy loveseat is located at the foot of the queen size bed (sleeps 2), paired with 2 mid-century modern chairs, plus a 65” flat screen smart TV, atop a boho-modern, Acacia wood media console with extra storage for clothing. Other unique touches include a decorative, traditional wooden surfboard, coffee table books, full length mirror & bamboo luggage rack.
DINING AREA
Features a high-top table with comfy, upholstered barstools with backrests & arms.
BATH
Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, & single sink vanity.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Private, corner Zen lanai with oversized, comfortable outdoor seating, including 2 patio chairs + side table & a hanging egg chair!
BUILDING AMENITIES
Include a pool, sunbathing area, sauna, BBQ area, fitness center & free laundry room (guests have to provide their own detergent). Building has 24-hr security access, elevators and an attached, secured garage.
PARKING
This rental does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has valet parking available for $50/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building & is subject to change at any time. Should you rent a car, the Ft DeRussy Parking lots offer a monthly pass for $225 (if you will have a car for more than 5 nights, this is a great value in Waikiki!), only a 5 min. walk from the building. Free street parking is also available around the corner on Ala Wai Blvd., first come/first served basis.
LOCATION
The Royal Garden is just a short walk to the restaurant- & boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center on Kalakaua Ave., soft-sand Waikiki beaches, famous eateries, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and world-class shopping. Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, International Market Place, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

- You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
- A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
