The house was perfect for our families. We had a bunch of us coming in for the Labor Day weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Location-wise it is very walkable. Main Street is just two blocks away, and being in Five Points, there is plenty to do.Communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Host was very responsive and stayed in contact throughout our stay. Property is close to any and everything you could want to do in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Our host was super wonderful and took extra good care of us. The property was super super clean the review floors of beautiful housing 100% would stay again. We were super happy here. Thank you so much highly recommend.

Great for large group

My family loved having bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! We walked to Nissan Stadium no problem. Close enough to walk to bars on Broadway but Uber was too cheap to pass up. We would stay here again. Thank you!

It was in a great location real quiet area.Very cold with the roof top like that . Everything was just good except in one of the room on the second floor the fire detector was hanging .

BEWARE!! When we arrived, our door code did not work so maintenance had to be called out to help resolve the issue. Upon entering, we could visibly see the property was maintained poorly. Doors do not shut without slamming them. Marks, dirt and scuffs all over the wall. Shower curtain liners are torn and have mold on them. The rugs were curled up on the corners creating a tripping hazard. Both rollaway beds were broken and unusable. The trundle on the bunk is broken with exposed nails and there was pet food and a comb inside the trundle as well. The freezer had something exploded inside that had not been cleaned. They said cleaners would come the next day and they never showed. When I told the host the cleaners did not arrive, they did not respond to me. During our whole stay, the thermostat had a warning alerting to high levels of humidity in the house. On the last evening, water started pouring through the kitchen light while it was on and onto the floor...I called the host many times on the emergency line and they did not answer. They also would not answer VRBO. Finally they text me back only saying they would try to get someone out. They never sent anyone. While trying to see where the water was coming from, I opened the closet with the AC unit inside only to find a filthy filter with inches of dust on it and a rusty pan. My son woke up with swollen eyes and others were sneezing. We suspect a lot of dangerous MOLD!! They refused to refund any of my money.
