Great host and great house. Comfortable beds and plenty of space! The host was very easy to contact and was very quick in responding. We came here for a wedding and definitely enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend this house for rentals.

Shady Grove was perfect for our family. Having 2 living areas was great- super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and air conditioning!!! It was a nice location- close to everything you need , but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for Parent's Weekend at USAFA. Everything looked updated- super cute house. Would stay again!!!

Location is wonderful for visiting the popular sites in and around Colorado Springs. The host was very responsive and made sure we were attended to and well taken care of. The house was spacious enough for our family of 6, everything worked as advertised. Would recommend this property and the host!

Overall everything went well with our stay. The property was as advertised with the exception of the washer not being available once we arrived. We shared the issue and Kaitlyn graciously resolved our issue timely for our inconvenience. The communication with Kaitlyn was easy and seamless. We enjoyed our stay and everything was quiet. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Colorado Springs.

Host was quick to respond; location is great for ease of getting to restaurants and sights. The house was perfect for four teenage boys, had the whole basement to themselves including TV and foosball table.

We selected this home for its proximity to multiple baseball fields when in town for a baseball tournament and it was PERFECT for what we needed! Multiple bedrooms for multiple guests, we were able to have two other families stay with us. The boys had the run of the basement, which was great for them and for us. The foosball table was so perfect! The check in and out was so simple, the home was clean and adorable, I can’t say enough and can’t wait to stay again for the next time we have a tournament in the Springs!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colorado Springs! Kaitlyn was an excellent host who provided constant communication and gave us great recommendations for things to do during our stay. Check-in was seamless and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the necessary supplies, including cooking utensils and plates. Plus, the location is perfect since it is in close proximity to local shopping and events.

Great stay... a couple of maintenance hiccups that arose through the week but the management was very on top of it to resolve and the communication was great.

Family stayed for a week. Great amount of space in bedrooms and living spaces. Clean and full of useful essentials. Central location kept us close to anywhere we wanted to go.Small maintenance items were addressed during the stay.

Wedding WeekendThree generations shared the home and it was perfect. We needed a bedroom on the main floor for the oldest generation and enough room for everyone else. This house worked out great for us. We were close to everything that we needed to do and there were so many fun places within walking distance for us to explore as well.

We had a little troubles with the check in. The batteries in the lock were dead. A quick call to the number listed and problem solved.
