This two-story townhouse in Colorado Springs is designed for comfort, functionality, and style—perfect for group getaways or extended stays. With curated decor, mountain views, and thoughtful touches throughout, you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive.

The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully designed for everything from quick breakfasts to full meals. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, a central island with bar seating, and crisp white cabinetry. A coffee station with complimentary pods and a handy spice rack make meal prep and mornings easy. The dining table for six is just steps from the patio—perfect for indoor-outdoor dining.

You’ll have access to one parking space inside the garage, two spaces in front of the garage. Please avoid parking along the shared side of the back fence or blocking the rear neighbor’s access. Street parking should be limited—Please use the garage as your primary option.

🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
