This place was awesome!!

The house was GREAT!! I don't think we could have picked a better, accommodating place to stay. It was clean, spacious and the company was on top of things immediately to take care of any issues. We will DEFINITELY be back!! Thanks for providing a great experience to celebrate our anniversary with family and friends.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful & very spacious home snuggled back in a gated community not too far from the beach. Enough room for 5/6 families. Everything you need in one spot. Golf cart was a bonus amenity. Our families really enjoyed our stay. If our group returns back to Miramar Beach will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Very clean nice house with a pool and hot tub that can not be any better and plenty of space for up to 6 families and there children

Bachelorette

We stayed here for my bachelorette party last weekend and absolutely loved it. There were 19 people total and the house had so much space for all of us! We paid extra to have the pool heated and I’m glad we did because the nights were a little chilly. All the bedrooms were comfortable and we loved the pool/outside areas. The beach access was a little bit of a walk but it was really nice and not hard to access at all! I would definitely stay here again

Living room sofas were moderately peeling, but not an issue for us . Great location short ride to beach access. Not able to use sun ninja tent at this location, bummer due to grandchildren needing shade and forced to rent umbrella. Great game room for kiddos, very spacious for large groups. Golf cart a plus. Enough parking for 5 cars. Very clean, beds were very comfortable and the back porch with screens excellent use of outdoor grilling!! Loved the 3rd floor outdoor area!! Definitely recommend this property

Awesome location, beautiful house, great communication

The house was perfect for us! It was beautiful, nice king suites, plenty of other hang out spots! Communication with property manager, Travel Life, was wonderful. Pool and hot tub were super relaxing and great location. Super easy access to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Great Beach House for my Large familt

This house was perfect for our family reunion! It had plenty of beds for everyone and plenty of seating in the common areas. The house is very well maintained. The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy.

Great location

Really good house set up. Nice pool and space. No beach towels or kitchen towels was disappointingly.

Hi Erin, we apologize for overlooking the kitchen towels. Our houses do come with them, I believe the cleaners just forgot. As for beach towels we don't provide those in any of our houses. This house is as nice as pictures - stylish, clean, fully stocked. The location is a short walk to the beach. Great gated community with security. Pool and hot tub are nice size and great condition. Enough supplies for the days we cooked at home. The golf cart is useful in the area and was in good condition. We had a great time!

Family Vacation 2023

The house was very nice and spacious. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub and pool and some electrical issues but the manager was very quick to send someone out to fix the problems. Overall we had a memorable time. I highly recommend staying at this location!

Large Group Friendly

We had 4 families who each have large families. The space is great and allows various age groups to have their “spot” to hang out. The house was super clean and provided all the items we needed. Proximity to the beach is great. It was a wonderful time.

Perfect Stay

This was a lovely property and perfect for our women's retreat. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The house was clean and well kept. We loved how close we were to the beach and took in many sunrise and sunset walks. the pool and spa were highly appreciated. The response from the management team to questions was prompt.

Beautiful property!

Everything was as described. Property was beautiful! Plenty of options for dining close by. Had issues with the hot water (cold showers) but that was addressed. No complaints on out end. Would definitely come back!

Perfect

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing. There isn’t a lot of parking to accommodate 28 people. But we made it work. Overall it was fabulous

Wonderful property

Everything was as described. No surprises. The property was clean and well equipped. Our family is rather large (17) there was ample room for all of us. The location is great. Beach, restaurants and shopping are close by.

Lots of space

There were several of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The screened in area was great to avoid mosquitos. The kids loved the pool. More than enough bed for out large party of people. We didnt have any complaints! Would recommend to family and friends to stay at this house.

Just as advertised

We spent a couple days with my girlfriends daughter and her friends to celebrate with a small gathering for he 16th BDay! The accommodations were perfect and better than advertised , the pool and spa was very warm and inviting. We had everything we needed in the house. I highly recommend the property and the management company

Great time, great property!

We had a great time at the Funky Flamingo! New house and close to the beach, which was great for our group of 19! With a new house came a couple of unexpected items (hot water heater, fan controls, tv remotes, small ice maker in fridge), but nothing the property manager couldn't help us with over the phone / text within a few hours of reaching out. We all agreed that we would stay again the next time in Destin!

Loved everything about this home!

We celebrated my husbands birthday at this home and it was perfect! The home was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. The third floor arcade/air hockey was a huge hit with our son and his friends. The outdoor living space was an adult favorite and everyone enjoyed the pool/spa. The included golf cart is a wonderful way to go to the beach or just cruise and take in the views. The location is perfect, centrally located and convenient to everything. The property management company was easy to communicate with from start to finish. We will definitely be back.
