The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. The walk to pier park was quick and easy. Definitely will be booking this room again for any future trips to PCB!

The property was great, response time was quick and easy. We love the third floor due to the convenience of the parking garage access and wait time for the elevator was almost none. We’d stay again, when we come back.

4th of July Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome, the parking was not so great due to you spending $60 but still having to find parking on different levels. The condo itself was good, nice updated kitchen, need so updates on furniture and there was a constant water running sound in the closet where the washer and dryer, hotwater heater is.Also the noise from the elevator was not a problem, but if you're a light sleeper the pool noise is going to be a problem, especially at night.

Had a great stay. Loved the location. We always love to stay on the 3rd floor. No noise what so ever from the elevators that are right outside the door made it very convenient to use. Just love sitting in the deck and enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves.

Spring Girls weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. I was a little concerned about being so close to the pool and the elevator, but we had no issues. we were able to enjoy sitting on the balcony at all times of the day. The pool was great. The access to the beach was very accessible. The only thing we missed was having a Keurig.

Condo was very clean and even had a fan which was so nice as we were only down for two days. Access to condo was so easy and the bed was pretty comfy.

Sweet Spot near everything

The property was perfectly located to take advantage of everything from the beautiful beach to dining/shopping. The unit was well equipped with essentials to enjoy our stay. Was perfect for our short getaway.
