The Grand Panama Beach Resort - a spectacular resort on Panama City Beach. Experience a world all its own...Grand Panama Beach Resort. This magnificent resort opened in August, 2007 on the fabulous shores of the Gulf of America in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The Grand and Grand Vista Towers are the two buildings that make up this resort. The Grand is the beach front tower where my condo is located and the Grand Vista is the second tower located across the street. The first 5 levels of the Grand Tower is a parking garage (Association fee of $50 for first vehicle, $30 for second vehicle for your entire stay, limit 2) with an above ground bridge walk over to the beach front tower. The remainder of the levels of this tower are condo units. There is also a 2 level open parking for overflow during busy times of the year.

The Grand Panama Beach Resort features state of the art architecture, luxurious accommodations, white sandy beaches and fantastic heated swimming pools.
This nicely decorated two bedroom, two bath unit has lots of added touches. Neutral colors with the beach theme provide a relaxed feel. Located on the 11th floor of the beachfront Grand Tower (unit 1- 1108), the views are spectacular.

The ocean is seen while sitting on the couch, eating at the dining room table or relaxing in the master suite. The balcony looks out over the Gulf of America, the large swimming pool and the downtown lights of Panama City. Located on the east end of the building, the views are not obstructed by other beach developments. All you see are sunrises, sunsets, the beach, the ocean, the lagoon pool, and the landscaped green space.

2 small DOGS WELCOME with only one charge of $125 fee (for cleaning) when making reservation. At check-in, the Grand Panama association charges $50 per dog for the first week, and $5 per day after and issue a pet identifier for the collar. (Please bring proof of vaccinations). Certain breeds are not permitted so please let me know your pets breed when inquiring.
