As you walk past your shared pool, and follow the stairs down to the entrance, you will come upon an inviting turquoise door that will welcome you to enter.

From the first moment you open the door, you will gaze out to the beautiful views of the Cruz Bay Harbor and beyond to St. Thomas. The wrap-around deck will invite you to relax and includes an outside dining table for 4, and a bar top with stools, perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenic views and fiery sunsets. Serenita is the only condo at the complex that has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach.

Once you enter Serenita, you will feel the welcoming ambiance as the owners have created a warm and inviting atmosphere with their interior decorating. From the comfortable living and dining room furniture to the well equipped kitchen, you are sure to enjoy your stay in this tropical hideaway.

An interior staircase takes you to the air-conditioned master bedroom with a king bed. The air-conditioned second bedroom is in the loft and is accessed by an angled ladder attached to the wall. The loft is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. This bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed, so the condo can comfortably sleep 5 guests.

LOCATION: Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It's an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island's infamous rum punches.

For those renting a vehicle there is on site parking at the complex. Guests will enjoy the shared pool and if you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill available for guests to use during their stay. Beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also included with each condo.
