This 3-bedroom historic cottage in Wilmington is perfect for your escape to the coast. With 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, it offers a cozy retreat for the whole family. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, central AC, and free laundry. The 1 1/2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials you need.

Also, pet-friendly! Up to 2 registered dogs are allowed. The fully fenced back yard gives them plenty of space while also keeping them safe. Enjoy the deck and gas firepit while they play in the yard.

If you have an infant - don't worry! There is a pack-n-play, highchair, and infant tub also available.

The home is walking distance to downtown Wilmington with countless restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and the Riverwalk along the Cape Fear. The Live Oak Bank Pavilion, home to concerts and festivals, is also within walking distance, or a very short drive if preferred.

This house is in a fantastic location, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Couldn't ask for a better spot to stay!

Place was very clean and well stocked. Very spacious and host was super responsive. Great location as you can walk to the historic district and only 20 minute drive from the beach.

This is a wonderful house! Douglas is a great host - very responsive and accommodated and earlier check in, on the fly.The home has great charm and comfortable beds. Great amenities, too. Can’t recommend this place enough

We loved staying here! The house is so welcoming and cute! Definately perfect for kids and pets. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who needs a cozy place to stay while on vacation.

This well-appointed and comfortable bungalow was ideal for our small party while visiting Wilmington and Carolina Beach. It had everything we needed and was located close to a number of attractions (Riverwalk, Historic Downtown) we wanted to visit. Having a TV in two of the bedrooms was a nice touch! The surrounding neighborhood is cute and interesting with many small taprooms and cafes.

Cute bungalow close to the Riverwalk! Clean and updated, love the tile in the master bathroom. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable and clean linens and towels were provided. Nice fenced in backyard for pets. We were only there for 2 days but I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was very responsive. The house is very convenient to Riverwalk (about a 5 minute drive), and there are several restaurants and a great ice cream shop within a few blocks of the house. The house was perfect for our stay, with comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and nice outdoor space. We really enjoyed spending time in the backyard with our dog. It has a nice deck with trees providing shade. It's a good size and fenced-in, which was perfect for our dog. We appreciated the extra touches such a nice supply of spices and kitchen essentials, and items for our dog (bowls, treats, and a bed).

Douglas was an amazing host. My mother was visiting me from West Virginia for about a week and when searching for a property, it was hard for me to find anybody to let her bring three pets, so I was ecstatic when I came across this house. That miscommunication was amazing. I never waited long for a response. It was very friendly. Wonderful day great area so glad I found this place.. this house will be my go to for all visitors! Thank you

Great spot for our kids and dogs. Fenced in back yard. House had everything we needed. WiFi was a little frustrating at times, but that was about it. Beds were clean. Plenty of clean towels and even a cute bed for the dogs. Kitchen had everything - just wish there was a grill. Other than that it was 10/10. We’d definitely book again! Host is very kind, and communication was excellent.

Convenient location to walk to downtown. Had everything provided that we could possibly need, even little treats for four-legged guests (even though we no longer have ours). Everything about our stay went smoothly.
