RUN AWAY to all sites managed by RE mgt, UNETHICAL
RUN AWAY!!! Good luck trying to get a hold of someone when you need help. They don't respond to whatsapp and respond 48-72 hrs on vrbo. Manager Roberto disguise himself as Robert the twin brother when he came, gave me another false number. stove:not working. When I told them, Roberto denied and LIED to me saying it was "a new one". I waited over 30 hours before someone finally came and he told me it was OLD as he was the "one who installed it when they renovated the place". They send me some makeshift portable stove and expect me to cook on top of the old non working stove. Very poor kitchen condition. AC: : no batteries on the remote I had to buy one. The AC will die every 1-2 hours. I have multiple awakenings at night because I had to reboot the system. Not temperature control for me or my baby. bath: TRASHED. Arrived with railings and curtains fell to the ground. NO lights in the bathroom. When I told them, they didn't believe that the bulbs were out. be prepared, NO WARM water let alone hot water. I had to bath my baby with boiled water and wipes. Also their "we provide soap. shampoo" are all diluted with 90% water. It was dishusting. They also only provide one towel. TOWEL: at a beachtown, they only provide one towel one person. Neighbor downstairs also complained about this. When they got me more & I checked out, they charged me 100 for dirty towels that had sand in them!No Wifi instructions, no smoke or CO detector, no first aid, UNLIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED
