The house provided more than enough room to accommodate our group of 5. Two family rooms made it easy to relax. The location was perfect for golf and the Aquarium. Ample parking.

Great location

Overall, a nice relaxing stay and walking distance to Inn at Spanish Bay and 17 Mile Drive! Nicely updated home too.

Cozy/quiet/ perfect location

The house is so great, it literally feels like home away from home! It’s perfect, near all the great golf courses and close to a wonderful beach! I will be staying here again every visit to pebble beach!

Great property

we really enjoyed our stay. the property was currently decorated. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds comfy and very short walk to the beach.Aquarium passes were a really nice touch. Loved it

Winter holiday family get together

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there with our family - daughters, sons-in-laws and grandkids. Perfect spaces to hangout together. The house was very comfortable (bed and couches) and has a well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach where you can walk either north or south. Excellent beach for surfing. The house is close to Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Carmel.

Perfect Property!

If you're coming to Pebble Beach / Carmel / Monterey area and need a home to accommodate a nice sized group. This is where you want to stay. So comfortable and clean. Great location with a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is amazing. Wonderful property manager who is very kind and helpful. I will be back. Amazing home!

The host was fantastic, The property was ok but the images used on the site are not accurate or recent. The house has bee obviously used and dated. Images should reflect the current conditions

Great location,quiet space to separate from each each other. Everything you need short drive away.

Very nice home, maybe smelled a little musty but went away after house was opened up. The house had everything you need from coffee maker to washer dryer. Bonus room was was like a separate apartment. Gas fireplaces came in handy On Cooler mornings. We would go back.

Thank you for your helpful feedback. We are glad to hear you all had a wonderful stay. The week you stayed at the house, we were going through a heat wave in the Monterey Bay. Heat waves are uncommon for the Monterey Bay, the best thing to do is air out the entire house by opening all the windows and use the fans provided in each bedroom. Thank you for leaving the property in great condition. Please come back and stay again.

We stayed here in early September and loved the property. We had five adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is great and close to everything in Carmel, Pebble Beach and Monterey. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the gas fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great Location and House

Spacious, well-stocked kitchen, amazing location with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to others.

the house was very larger, clean, secure and in a great location. we were there for work and the bedrooms and living space were great for four of us as well as 3 cars. I would recommend!

Location, location, location

This is a beautiful property. Close enough that you can hear the ocean. Walking distance to 17 mile drive. Looks just like the pictures. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home in quiet setting

We were here for a work event and the house fit us all really well. We kept our bikes in the garage and rode to our event about an hour away each day and the commute was stunning. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house was lovely. Wonderful kitchen and very spacious.

Excellent Gathering Spot for our Family

We came together as a family in this lovely house in Monterey, walking distance from beautiful Spanish Bay and driving distance from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, tidal pools, golf courses, kayaking, whale watching, good shopping, excellent grocery stores. The house was well equipped for food prep and cooking. Since we had small energetic children, it was key to have the area off the kitchen to separate as needed, as well as the backyard. The backyard looks to be under construction in places and the piles of bricks were a deterrent to having the kids play there for safety reasons, but it looks as if it will be wonderful when it is finished. Kristina was welcoming and assured that we had everything we needed.
