Recently renovated to include open concept living with a brand new Gourmet Kitchen and island. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and stainless steel appliances (including super quiet Bosch dishwasher and French door refrigerator with two ice-makers).Removed and replaced all forty year old Duct-work with brand new Flex Duct-work for improved air quality. This unit includes a large balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom. Unit 507 is located on the top floor of El Presidente offering breathtaking gulf views. Mirrors from floor to ceiling in the living room and dining area, so you can see the beach from almost anywhere in the unit. Full size washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

There's also a free Trolley service that runs from Turtle beach (south Siesta Key) to Siesta Key Beach and the Siesta Key Village all year long.

We also have a booster car seat in the unit.

Memories that will last a lifetime!

Cant express how amazing our family vacation was. Everything from the beaches, pool, food, drink, activities, condo etc. Only negative I can think of was the internet wifi and cable in the condo. Both were non usable. Would of been nice at night winding down or if didnt have unlimited data or good cell service. Other than that 5 stars here from the Law family from Ohio.

Quartz sand beach

Great new firm mattress, great location for us because it gave us a 2 mile bike ride to and from the Village. The pool area is great with plenty of shade trees. The beach is quartz sand so its nice and cool. The tennis and pickle ball courts ate in great shape. The unite could use some new comforters and the leather couches are also pretty old and worn but at least there leather.

Great beach vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything has been updated and there is everything you would need in the unit for your stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful and it was a relaxing spot to be. There are many great restaurants close by and plenty of places to shop and spend time relaxing. Charlie was absolutely great in communications and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. We have already booked this unit again for next year

Great Location

This was our first stay at Siesta Key and loved the property and the unit! The unit has a great view and we loved enjoying coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! The unit is beautifully updated and the beds we’re comfortable. The pool was clean and maintained and conveniently located on the beach! It was very hard to say goodbye but we have already decided that we will be back! We had a great family vacation!

Wonderful Condominium will Keep Us Coming Back

Unit 507 by the Olinger Family was great. The unit was spacious for our group of 4 adults with many amenities in the unit, complex and of course the beautiful beach. The recent upgrade that the family did was well worth it and will make us keep coming back to Siesta Key. We typically stay in Naples or Marco Island and no doubt this unit is right up there. Thank you to the Olinger Family for keeping your unit up to date, clean and very well maintained and stocked. Looking forward to our next visit to Siesta Key and Unit 507 at the El Presidente Condominiums

Condo was clean and we loved having beach stuff available to us.

Guest shower was clogged when we arrived so we did not use second shower, unfortunately.

Great Stay at Siesta Key

We loved our stay here at the El Presidente. The convenience of a smaller condo building, with an excellent pool, and the beach right outside the gate - very hard to beat. Beach was exceptional, white soft sand that does not get hot to the touch, and not overly crowded. We were able to rent umbrellas for the week - and the guys set them up with the right number of chairs for us each morning. Also the convenience of staying by the south Siesta Key bridge made it easy to get to the grocery store (Publix - less than a 10 min drive) and locations south or north up the highway or freeway. Also a few great restaurants within walking distance for those who liek to get out. We really liked the condo - just right for a family of four. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space for four people to spread out. Kitchen fairly well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Only thing lacking were kitchen hand towels. But we bought some at the store and washed and left them for the next guests to use. We also really appreciated that each of the rooms had fans in them - helped the rooms stay comfortable as the outside weather has started to get hotter with summer setting in. Overall, a great stay!

We first stayed at El Presidente back in 2003 and fell in love with Siesta Key. We looked at many properties before purchasing this unit, but were always drawn back to El Presidente. There’s just something about this property and Siesta Key that made us feel at home.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love El Presidente because of its proximity to the beach. No roads to cross just walk out your door onto the pool or onto the beach. The views from our unit are amazing! Also, it's less than 2-hour drive to Walt Disney World and an hour or less to the attractions that surround Tampa. Easy airport access to one of three airports, Sarasota-Bradenton, Tampa International or Fort Meyers.
