Building Notice: The association is currently completing a concrete improvement and exterior painting project throughout the complex, which is expected to continue through mid-November. Most activity is concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though work may take place in other areas of the property as the project progresses. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise and may notice workers or equipment on site.
Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.
Spanish Main Unit 64 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Check in easy, condo clean, pool very clean. Site is dated but condo was clean and in working order. The site was clean for the age of the building. Close to the beach.

We were pleseantly surprised by the size and location of the condo and property. Large bedrooms 2 of which are directly facing the ocean! Decks (yes decks 2 of them) were very nice to watch the launches from. The kitchen could be outfitted a little more. Better pans and maybe a few pyrex type containers would have been nice for those meal left overs. But really I beautiful place that we wouldn't hesitate to rent again (maybe next year?!) Very good communication about everything from the rental service and they checked in by email. We really enjoyed our stay loved walking to the many surf shops down the road. Quiet beach and very well kept grounds. Thank you for the memories.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views and easy beach access. We loved gathering on the two decks to watch the sunrise and spend time together as a family. Communication throughout from booking through check-in and check-out was seamless and attentive.

Best family vacation
This is the perfect location with the best views and access to the beach. The pool was perfect and the entire complex is so clean!! The room was perfect for the four of us - and the restaurants are all with in walking distance. We will absolutely book this condo again!!

Clean rooms we did find some dead bugs on the sofa, and the last night in the master room the fire alarm battery beeped all night (that is no fault of the host.) Would love to stay again.

Wonderful vacation!
This property is excellent for a family! You couldn’t get closer to the beach & pool! Property is clean & welcoming! Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay
Loved the condo, our week long stay was awesome. Everything looked just as pictured online, directly on the beach and wonderful views. Highly recommend

Loved our stay
We loved our condo. The view was excellent. It was well air conditioned, clean and had all necessary amenities.

Family Vacation
We loved the location of this condo. It was convenient to lots of great restaurants but was thankfully on a less busy part of the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay. Had everything we needed. Quiet condo. Saw two shuttle launches. Great location. No issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Impressive Cocoa Beach stay
The unit and the view were wonderful. We would stay again. The maintenance of the unit and Spanish Main was excellent.

Perfect Place
Beautiful condo. View was amazing and easy access to ocean. Spacious and clean. Pool was warm. Management was great about communicating. This is a great place to stay!

Awesome time at Cocoa Beach
Our family stayed here over the Christmas Holiday and enjoyed this condo! Clean, spacious with plenty of amenities for families and a nice pool/ beach nearby. The only down side was the weather was cool and rainy a few days, but we still stepped out to enjoy the pool and beach.

Beach Front
Excellent vacation, perfect quiet location, clean condo, property and beach. Great communication if needed but everything we could of wanted was in the condo already. Would definitely book again!
