Charming Beach House with Covered Porch to Relax and Enjoy the Ocean Views!

Great location! Wonderful family house, just steps to the beach!.

This house allows you to truly experience Fernandina Beach! It is like stepping back in time! This house has a whole lot of charm and personality! There is just nothing to beat sitting in the front porch swing enjoying the lovely breeze with a view to die for! This is what vacation is all about!

The house is not directly on the beach. There is a public sand road in front of the house which is used by cars, but don't let that deter you from this wonderful, quieter part of the beach. This in no way hampers your views of the ocean!

This charming house with hardwood floors throughout has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are not provided. Please inquire if you would like to rent from us.

The living/dining area is bright and charming with an open floor plan. The seating is comfortable while you enjoy the ocean views! Also, there is Dish TV with a DVD player to enjoy!

The kitchen is small and compact, yet it has everything you need to cook up your favorite meal! Please take note, the dishwasher is a portable unit, so please remember to follow the instructions! The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and seats six.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.The four, bright bedrooms branch off of the living room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on either side of the living area.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combination. On the opposite side of the house, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom between these two rooms has a Shower

There is an outside deck off the kitchen with chairs and a gas grill.

The best part of the house is the unique and totally relaxing ocean front covered porch! It is open to the wonderful sea air and sound of the crashing waves! You can swing or rock, and enjoy the laid back island life!

There is parking for two vehicles along the side of the house.
