Detailed instructions for check in made finding our way in very easy. We brought a car and the free parking really helped us a lot. It was easy to get in and out of the parking garage every day. The area is walkable to 4th street and whiskey row. The pool area was very nice as well. Everything was clean and well appointed and the host was very communicative.

The host made it super easy. He allowed us to grab the pool keys so we could lounge while waiting for check--in. The apartment was absolutely lovely. Clean, spacious, and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

The listing was entirely accurate. Some subtle strengths are not listed, such as how quiet the room was and how dark the bedroom was, two of my key criteria. The place was lovely. There are complex written directions on how to obtain your key. Read these well in advance and be prepared to follow them. If you follow the advice, gaining initial access is effortless. I had to reread them at the last second. This slowed me down by 30 seconds and was entirely my fault. The bedroom closet was huge, as was the bathroom.Would I stay here again, or advise a family member or coworker to rent this location if they were staying in downtown Louisville? Absolutely.

Everything was as listed with the apartment. The apartment was very nice, and close to everything downtown. My only critique would be accessing the key fob to the apartment. We had to park with flashers on in front of the building, walk through the complex and take the elevator up to the apartment and pick up the key fob, then back down to the car before finding the car garage. We then had to enter the building from the garage into the stairwell. We saw no elevator accessible from the parking garage, so we had to lug suitcases a couple levels until we found our floor in the apartment building. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the check in process. We enjoyed our stay, and wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.

Our stay was phenomenal!! My friend and I stayed in Louisville for the Louder than Life festival and this spot was absolutely perfect! The space is exactly as advertised, comfortable and spacious. It was super clean. The pool/courtyard area is beautiful! The building in general is so secure, which made the stay so comfortable. We could fully relax without worrying. The location is so prime!! About a block or so away from 4th Street Live, this really cool downtown hang out spot. We went out there Saturday night, didn't have to worry about driving anywhere, just explored this little corner of the city and loved it!The hosts were great, start to finish! There is a series of check in steps to get access to the building and parking, and the instructions were perfectly straightforward and easy to follow. We got in no problem. Thank you guys!

The apartment was as described. I recommend pasting instructions on word document and highlighting the details. Due to the stairs, take them to the 6th floor and use the elevator down. Very clean and great communication.
