With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 415 enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and oceanfront pool leading to the beach. 4th floor oceanfront condo sleeps 7 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen and 1 twin in bedroom 2 plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.
This condo is under new ownership as of July 2019 and the new owners have completed several upgrades. New Plantation Shutters, Painting, Flooring, Bedding, and much more!

Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Vacationers can rinse off under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been recently upgraded. We had some maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. The kitchen supplies need some upgrading such as wine glasses and bigger pots for cooking. But those are simply minor and did not take away from the units attractiveness. Would recommend this unit.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental itself was super easy. The people in the office were very nice. The unit was great and nicely appointed. The view was perfect. I would stay at a different place due to the fact we could hear the music all day and late into the night next door. (Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I do like to actually HEAR the ocean.)

Great views and location

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!

It had ample closet space as well as kitchen counter and pantry space. I would recommend replacing the carpet that’s in the bedrooms. It was clean but needs a few updates to make it a 10! I would definitely stay here again.

Could easily be a five star

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing, very clean, lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing! The only thing keeping us from renting again, was the curtains in the master bedroom are way too thin! With pool lights on all night, wifr had to go sleep in the second bedroom! All it would take to make this condo a 5 star is just putting in some thicker curtains. You do not want to be able to see everything in the room in the middle of the night.
