Beautifully appointed condo in Hilton Head. Ocean view. Aesthetically pleasing with soft colors. Very clean. Had all the amenities I needed and some great bonuses: 4 nice beach chairs, umbrella, lots of beach games, some spices, and a few condiments (a really nice treat) since I make breakfast and lunch in the condo. Really nice silverware, glassware, etc. Highly recommend this condo.

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and tucked away in a quiet, private corner, making it an ideal retreat for relaxing. We enjoyed glimpses of the ocean and beautiful scenery throughout the day, with especially lovely light and views in the mornings and evenings. The resort offered everything we needed, from convenient amenities to a comfortable setting, which made our vacation feel effortless and enjoyable. Our host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, always quick to help with questions or recommendations. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable getaway, and we would happily stay here again!

Stayed at HHBT several times now. This was the 4th time in this particular building. This unit is close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach. It being a front corner unit means it's quiet and the location on HHI is very convenient. The unit was clean and we'd stay here again.

The property owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. He was very polite and professional. The room was nice. Close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Had a great time here! Comfortable stay with the pool and beach nearby. Enjoyed the balcony looking out towards the pool. Felt right at home, very clean, and true to its description and amenities. Host was quick to communicate and helpful. Would stay again.

It was a perfect stay! You can tell theres lots of humidity in the apartment, but youre going to get that at the beach anyway. It was wonderful to be steps away from the beach.

This property was exactly as described. Fabulous location, very short walk to the beach. This was our first visit to HHI; we had a great vacation, and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location

This condo was located in a perfect spot, quiet, efficient, close to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Hilton Head is a beautiful, well maintained island with fantastic beaches and great weather!

Clean and Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Pool and beach were nice. Owner easy to work with. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay for the Heritage Golf Tournament

Very good stay. One thing that is needed is directions of the TV in the bedroom, it was several days before I discovered that I could watch regular tv on it.

Robert - Sorry you had that problem and wish you had contacted us. The ROKU TV has two ways to view LIVE TV...what is offered by Roku and the resort's cable programming. A guide is included in the binder on the coffee table and we have added it to the resort's channel line-up in the bedroom. Again, we are sorry for your difficulty and appreciate your feedback.

I loved it was the end unit and so close to the pool and beach. Would’ve loved to be able to see the ocean but we heard the waves and the breeze was so nice. We had the perfect weather! Really cute place!

Exceeded expectations!

This property had everything you need for a family-fun vacation. From the beach supplies provided to the short walking distance to the pool and beach, this property exceeded our expectations! The condo was exactly as pictured and the convenience of the unit to the pool/beach made it a perfect fit for our family.

Great Vacation Location

Had a wonderful vacation at HHBTR. Unit was very clean and well stocked! Great location as we have stayed there 2 other times in the last 17 years!! Communication with John and Janet was fantastic!! Missing the island already!!

Perfect little getaway spot

This is the perfect little getaway for a couple at Hilton Head. You’re literally just a few steps away from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Even though you’re close to the heavily trafficked areas, it’s still quiet and peaceful to sit on the patio. The amenities at this resort are awesome too. There are several restaurants on site, and you’re not far from a lot of the main attractions and restaurants on the island either. I will definitely be looking to stay at this property and unit again!

Great villa even better host!

Can’t say enough good things about our host John. He was very responsive with our questions and went above and beyond for us (even made some rainy days better). The villa was perfect for the 2 of us. We definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway. It was very clean, the location is great and the photos were spot on.

Great place for a couple or a family with little children. Teen kids would have made it crowded. Huge pool. Easy beach access. On-site Tiki bar food was not great but with a kitchen and lots of restaurants nearby there’s no worries.
