Nestled in San Diego's North Park area, This charming house boasts 4 bedrooms including a queen bed, twin bed, sofa bed, and king bed suite. Private two car garage equipped for normal cars and free street parking for overflow or the family buss. Walking distance to many breweries, cafes, dog parks and restaurants.

15 min from seaworld, the beach and downtown depending on traffic. There is 2 grills one is hooked up to natural gas and the other is an old school Kingsford, if dad is joining you. Enjoy a margarita on the porch or grill a New York steak.

The cool and tremendous atmosphere of this enchanting property is perfect for a family getaway or just relaxing in the private fenced in backyard patio garden. Experience what San Diego has to offer with a stay at our house.

Do not park in front of the Garage for any period of time. This is access to the neighbors house and it will get towed immediately and/or fined.
Keep the party at the party. Any college style drinking parties will be removed without refund. After dark shut the windows to listen to music.

Spacious comfy home

This tri-level home was just right for our family of five. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we got to park in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was within 20 minutes of all our activities for the week. Our host was easy to work with. Definitely recommend :)

Property was double booked. The host was rude and not helpful to get the issue resolved. He showed zero empathy for me and my family who were tired and trying to get somewhere to stay and get to bed at a reasonable hour.

The check-in process is smooth. Location is convenient and it's relatively clean. Response from host is quick. However, the property needs some upgrades and many small things need improving, e.g. the sliding door to the basement is extremely tricky to operate, the showers are bit underwhelming where some of us can't even fit in the shower cell.l, among other small bits to improve. There's also no check-out list, so we're a bit confused and we found some items the previous guests left over and weren't taken out. A big improvement needed for the sofa bed where it's squeaky and not very comfortable to an extend that it has affected our energy the next day. There's also no way to help clean the house (no vacuum and such, there are only two trash bags available), given the duration of stay and the amount of people, it's essential to have some cleaning tools. Overall, the place is worth the price we paid, which is I guess very affordable for a Vrbo in San Diego but I can't say that confidently.
