Dog Friendly~with $300 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the per pet fee of $300/per pet in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease. Pet addendum will be sent with lease and will need to be returned to Crowley.

Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Effective Jan 1, 2025 a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of De in addition to the municipality accommodations tax (currently 3% in Dewey) that is required. The 3% Dewey tax will need to be paid directly to Crowley as VRBO does not collect these fees. Your lease will indicate the tax amount. You can call the office or your agent to make that payment with a credit card or debit card directly to Crowley Associates in order to confirm your reservation.
