Flow is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home designed with intention — a place where art, entertainment, and comfort of "mi casa es su casa" move seamlessly together with the elevated experience of a boutique villa. Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or explore the Colorado Front Range, we’ve got you covered with a home theater set up, designer furnitures, full coffee bar, full kitchen, digital arcade space with sim racing, and artfully styled interiors.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The Main level has two bedrooms. The Master King bedroom has an attached bathroom with a modern and luxurious walk-in shower and walk-in closet. All beds are nectar mattresses and every bedroom has a wireless phone charger.
The Entire place will comfortably fit 8 people and a King size air mattress is provided for extra people.
Every bathroom has complementary body care products from Public Goods, known for clean and sustainable ingredient and equipped with a hair dryer.
The Basement level has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The basement level is highlighted with entertainment, sectioned in three spaces: sim racing and playstation, a bar lounge, and a seating lounge with home theater system.
Outdoor Spaces
Relax in the dining area looking over private backyard or explore the nearby trails. The neighborhood flows into nature, giving you a retreat-like feel while being close to town.

Flow is located in Monument, a charming Colorado town nestled between Denver and Colorado Springs. You're minutes from:
•Monument Lake (great for walking or paddleboarding)
•Mount Herman & Santa Fe Regional Trail

•15-30 min drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, Ford Amphitheater, or U.S. Air Force Academy
Guest Access
Entire home, including the 2-car garage is yours to enjoy. You can park 2 more cars in driveway. Self check-in with smart lock for a smooth arrival. Fast Wi-Fi, 2-car garage including free street parking. The only restricted areas are the locked mechanical room.
Interaction with Guests
We prefer to give our guests complete privacy, but we can be easily contacted by message, text or phone call.

- SMOKING & DRUG POLICY -
Please, absolutely no smoking or drug use of any kind is allowed in the home or on the premises! Unfortunately, a $1000 fine will be applied with additional local government fines, immediate eviction, and loss of all payments rendered. Thank you for understanding. Please support the safety of our surrounding Black forests filled with Ponderosa Pines.
- PET POLICY -
No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted.
In accordance with VRBO's policy and applicable laws, we do welcome service animals. Please note:
•Service animals aren't pets and can stay at our property.
•Service animals cannot be left alone at the property.
•We may ask if the animal is needed for a disability and what task it has been trained to do (as permitted by law).
•Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required as a result of the service animal’s stay.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the space clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
- PARTIES -
This is a family-friendly property and no parties are allowed. A fine of $1000 + any damages will apply if violated.
- PHOTO SHOOT -
A host approval is needed if you are planning a photo shoot. Additional rules and requirements may apply.
- Cleanliness -
•Please remove shoes while indoors.
•Please do not move large furnitures around.
•If you spill on a rug, carpet or stairs, please just let us know so we can clean it properly. We understand accidents can happen.
•Please use the ventilation fan above the stove when cooking with strong spices, oil, or deep frying.
•If you are actively enjoying our full kitchen (which we are excited for you), please note all kitchen items including dishes, cookwares, glasses, and cooking utensils must be thoroughly washed and dried before returning them to drawers and cabinets.
•$50 fee if dishes aren't washed or dishwasher isn't run upon check out
•Although we have durable mattress covers, we charge for any mattress damage as we inspect mattresses after each stay.
- WINTER TRAVEL -
Winter in the Rockies can be intense! 4WD or AWD is required from December to even late May. Our roads are usually cleared quickly, but heavy snowfall may cause delays.
- QUIET HOURS -
Please respect our peaceful neighborhood by keeping noise minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- DAMAGE POLICY -
If something breaks, please notify us immediately for quick and smooth resolution.
- ELECTRICAL -
In the event a breaker is tripped, (e.g. from using multiple high wattage appliances at the same time or from the same outlets), the breaker box is located inside the garage. Please reach out if you'd like help.
-SECURITY FEATURES-
•Exterior security camera present. We have one security camera at the entry door (google nest doorbell), one google nest security camera above the garage door facing the road, drive way, and entrance and one above the back patio. No cameras are located inside the residence. Exterior cameras are on for safety of our property.
•Carbon Monoxide and Smoke detector
•Noise decibel monitor present. We have one in the living room. It does not record conversations, but it alerts us if noise levels become too high, allowing us to address any potential issues promptly. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise levels reasonable.
