Affordable Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the beautiful grounds. It’s nice and quiet and we felt extremely safe.

Property was close to the beach, pool, harbor and additional paid public parking across the street for large vehicles. Unit was a little dated, but clean and comfortable

Overall,the property was nice and clean, we had a good stay.However,there were a few things that could have made our stay much more comfortable.There was no air conditioning,and it was missing some beach items that were provided in other units,such as a bodyguard and a beach wagon for carrying chairs and other belongings to the beach.It would have been very helpful to have these amenities available as well.

Great place. Very clean. Owners/Managers very communicative. Definitely recommend, also given property grounds. Amazing!

Great location. So so management company on this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Notified the management co there were boogers on the walls in several places that the cleaning crew had missed and we got a simple ok back. That said we loved our stay. The unit was clean with the exception of missing those issues when cleaning. We were disappointed at the reaction from the management company. Other than that the unit itself was wonderful and the location is fantastic. We will not stay with this company again, but we will stay in the complex again. This unit is also super conveniently located close to laundry, the garage, and an elevator for ease of bringing up the groceries.

Good for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I paid, it was a good experience. The condo was clean, the pool was nice, and being next to the ocean was convenient. I do wish we had stayed on a day where they weren’t working on parts of the village. For four days, we heard grinding sounds nonstop and work being done outside from 8am to 4pm.

NOT a queen-size bed!!This unit was so lovely. Bright, clean, breezy, nicely appointed furnishings. Lovely view of gardens and a bit of the ocean. Easy access to pool and beach. The sole problem - for us a big one - was the misadverised bed. We would not knowingly book a stay anywhere with less than a queen-sized bed (due to neurological needs). I was so surprised - I actually got a tape measure to make sure. Double-checked the listing, too. I was right. This unit has a double/full bed. Not a queen as they advertise. I was uncomfortable and sleep-deprived for the two week stay. It's also worth noting that the unit is far from any elevator, so if stairs are an issue, this is probably not the unit for you. Parking is 2 floors below. The space is conveniently close to the stairs.
